Hello sir, on board i have salwico smoke detector.. when we want to test water mist by real, so i spray smoke eqp into the detector but it's only coming "pre alarm warning" instead of fire alarm..but when i make on the "test mode" smoke detector indicate working well, it showing fire inserted "on the test mode" So in real situation it's only give pre warning alarm instead of fire alarm, and when in test mode the smoke detector is working properly. Maybe do you know why? And what is cause and remedy regarding this issue? Thanks before.
Hello Sir, My Addressing Tool can not provide up to 250 in no Smoke/ Heat Sensor. When we want to fix 315/ 415 in no Smoke/ Heat Sensor, how to address those sensor?
