I moved to West Hill, Scarborough in October, just north of Guildwood. It's been a great experience thus far... every shop imaginable is here, even a Krispy Kreme. And breathtaking panoramic views of the Town Centre, Malvern, the lake, UTSC and Pickering all from my condo's balcony.
I used to live in Scarborough and didn't realize that I lived in Agincourt. Kids (including myself) used to call Agincort Asiancourt cause of the demographic of the area.
Westhill plane and simple they have the lake more parks and rivers then any other areas close to the 401 Kingston rd and Lawrence rd cool breeze right off the lake close to Pickering but still in the Toronto low tax region

@@themaster3132 Its funny I've lived in Malvern 32 years now. Never had a problem. Guess it depends what neighborhood you live in. Our home is worth 1.5 million and its a beautiful neighborhood. Unless you live in a sketchy neighborhood, but that's not all of Malvern. So please don't generalize the whole area.
It may have been in the past but not now. I have been to many places in Scarborough and Malvern is one of the places I don't see panhandlers at the lights or a bunch of homeless people hanging out in any area. In the 16 years I've been in Scarborough I have not seen or heard of major drug or gang activities in that area apart from the rare moments reported on the news which is on par with other parts of the city.
😂 lol stop this its not that bad at all im deead serious😂...maybe 15 yrs ago and even then it wasnt anything different from other stuff happening in toronto...just a lotta wanna be thugs mimicking the states🤷
@@themaster3132 Maybe its happening in your crappy area of Malvern. In the 32 years I've lived there Never had a problem. Crime happens every where. I guess you want to hear what you want to hear on the news.

No. I have lived in Scarborough all my life. It's no more, or less dangerous than any other part of Toronto.

U missed the bad security, and many sketchy neighborhoods.
They usually will. Since a good chunk of people won't wanna move there. I live in an area that has a bad name. But it's not that bad at all
