Usually just feel some slapping and a loud noise, but it can hurt pretty bad if they hit you where the armour isn't very good or in a gap. So either feel not much or A LOT, but that is rare if you pay attention to your armour and make it as protective as possible
Can I ask how common is a knockout in this category? I guess because yeah it just puts me off a little, since I am a bit nervous of the cumulative effects of that. Like, say, in buhurt 5v5 you just need three points of contact so aggressively pounding your opponent like this, esp. when they're on the ground, isn't totally necessary - whereas obviously that's not the case here. I mean I'd love to try this, but as I understand it my options are just the women's category - which has no weight categories - or the men's, which does - and I'm a 110lb woman.
Womens does have weight categories, you can see them on the "outrance" document here: www.buhurtinternational.com/rules Knockouts are actually pretty uncommon, I'd say it is surprisingly on the lower end of injury rates in sports. It still happens but if you take care with your equipment and defend yourself intelligently you are generally going to be fine.
Great Stamina! Keep up the Grind!
Interested to find out how much you feel inside the armour
