"Apart from some incomplete arrangements of select movements, and many recorded versions, there are two complete piano versions printed prior to this one. A recent one by Roberto Novegno, and an older one by Guido Farina published by Ricordi in 1956. Pierre Gouin’s organ arrangement also deserves acknowledgment for being a wonderful arrangement accurately representing Vivaldi’s work. Farina’s version is also a worthy attempt, but rewrites passages too often, often under-representing or over-shooting the pianist's ability. Other solutions to logistical problems result in distasteful octave displacements and un-pianistic writing. This arrangement does not take such liberties nor make such detrimental sacrifices. [...] much has been done to achieve the important balance between representing the original version, and still being a convincing and playable solo piano work."

Jesus christ the way he plays in winter is so controlled and honestly amazing wow
So uhm, it's like a computer playing...
@@Crimsongm_ so uhm like it’s not a computer playing it’s Justin bird 😂
This is majestic! Kudos!
1:30 those semiquavers in the bass with long-note melody, sounds so modern
Sooo beautiful
beautiful arrengment!!
Spectacular!
There's also the Barenreiter Reduction Score for Violin and Piano that you can upload soon cause you can use the same audio as the full score but we can see the Violin part above the Piano that plays the Orchestral reduction.
I would have used that but I can't really get permission for a Bärenreiter score. Justin Bird was kind enough to let me use his arrangement.
@@MarcelSimader Someday you will.
@@MarcelSimader Someday you'll have permission for the Barenreiter version for Violin & Piano cause it's rather interesting.
Super impressive!
Thanks Marcel Simader.

@Ulises River Happy to help :)
I did not think I'd listen all the way through without stopping or taking a break. Holy shit that was an amazing performance.
wow!
Great arrangement
!
Fall 3 allegro is my favorite
I've tried a million different ways, screenshot to Premiere Pro, Screen recorder to Premier Pro, all types of resolution combinations. I always get an un sharp score on video. Music quality and image to sound synchronisation no problem. Please tell me how exactly do you get a sharp imagen of the score? I want to upload my own scores to RUclips. Thanks.
0:00 you be a good boy leonard.
i'm surprised that liszt didn't make a piano reduction for the four seasons
Exactly what I was thinking of.
i love the violent wind in summer part cuz it super sound like Bach!
Listen to the notes being played. Hear them in different spots of the brain. Not eardrum. To tune the mind into becoming a harp or piano😅
What happened to the other version?
Sadly it got a copyright claim!
@@MarcelSimader That's sad indeed. I really enjoyed that video.
@@rnregan I have just submitted a dispute since I believe that the claim was false and that my video falls under fair use either way. The video will now be up again until I get an answer, enjoy! :)
@@MarcelSimader That's great news! Thanks for your responds!
31:12 LISZT certified
And 31:44 those hurt
I feel like there's very little pedal here. It makes it sound way too dry and frantic.
I really agree too
Little pedal was used to make it very jumpy, to show the energy of changing seasons, and wasnt used in the original versions of vivaldis four seasons. This is honestly an amazing way to play the pieces, and very nicely played, almost perfectly. Maybe you dont listen to enough classical or something which of course is no problem, and I'm happy to see people listening, but honestly this playing is so insanely amazing man
@@j2bigd590 I listen to a lot of classical music and play the piano myself, and I still really don't like this adaptation, but to each their own.
@@jagp135 I guess it's all up to interpretation, but I love this control and I love the special playing way
I think this is played wonderfully but I have to say I feel that Winter would benefit from some subtle pedal.
Repent anf trust in Jesus. Hes the only way. We deserve Hell because weve sinned. Lied, lusted stolen, etc. But God sent his son to die on the cross and rise out of the grave. We can receive forgiveness from Jesus. Repent and put your trust in him.
