Congratulations! I look forward to any future videos about the use of this machine. I have a 765SE (which is basically the same model with a rose gold face) that I bought from a 3rd party and apart from regular sewing, I don't really know all the things it will do - even reading the manual!! Mine has the embroidery module. I started with a Bernina 180 that also had the embroidery module. It still sews well but I stopped using the embroidery module because at the time technology was changing so fast and I couldn't keep up with the cost of the updates. Have fun playing with her!!
Thank you! I'm excited to get to know it and share about it with you all! I didn't get the embroidery module but I'm thinking I might add it after a year or so.
Yipppeee Zipppeee there's a new toy in the house! (well another computer, nevertheless it's amazing).! BTW I have a basic Singer Heavy Duty - my Husqvarna sewing machine died after only a few years. I learned on a Bernina in 4H at 10 years of age. Excellent brand name. Had FUN, I know you will!
Holy Moly!!! How awesome, I bet you are soooo excited!!!! I will never be a good enough or prolific enough sewist to buy something fancy like that, lol. My hubby would die if he saw the price tag 🤣🤣🤣
It is an awesome machine! Yes, I understand what you mean. I started small about 5 years ago and have worked my way up to this machine. I'm excited to have it and use it!
This was very helpful. Since you are a quilter, which Bernina sewing foot do you recommend? Is there a specific 1/4" foot as well? Would love to see more videos specific to this machine 🙂
My favorite foot for piecing is the 1/4" foot- foot 57D. I also love foot 34D which is the clear reverse pattern foot. I use that one for foundation paper piecing, flying geese, and more. I'll definitely plan more videos on this machine. Do you have anything specific you'd like to see or any questions?
Congrats on your Bernina. I have the same machine and absolutely love it. Would be interested in a pros and cons video....although I can't think of any cons.
Congratulations!
Thank you!

Wow! And, Happy Sewing! p.s. the storage box reminds me of a little Barbie wardrobe - a place for everything. Can't wait to see more - Thanks!

Thanks! I was thinking of doing my favorite features too. I can't really think of any cons either.
Can it sew leather?
@@beakidd4412 Yes, it requires a special needle and a special foot.
The sun is so bright you’re not afraid of the sun fading your beautiful quilt up against the window??? 😳🤔
It doesn't stay there, I just had it hanging for a video I was making.
the audio is really low - hard to hear you
Sorry about that!
