This video is like the bible of screen printing tips and knowhow, in 20 minutes. Don't waste years learning. Just watch this. The best summary, complete with pro tips and tricks I've ever seen.
The hardest part for me in screen printing is to make the design on photoshop and all of the steps to making the design and making it correctly to screen print. Can you make another video solely on that explaining all of that? Thank you.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING THE TIME AND SPILLING THIS KNOWLEDGE. Our business has a screen press and it’s a little intimidating. Watched a few of your videos. Precise and straight to the point! You definitely have a new subscriber! Thank you! 🙌🏽❤️
i screen print my self . and bro I wish this video was around when I had to google and ask people in the screen printing space for help a couple years ago 😂 thank you for taking your time and helping the next generation to start up their clothing brands
How much does equipment cost have a computer with photoshop but I’ve been tired of working for others im thinking of saving up money and investing in a business any advice or things i could pick up overtime slowly but surely
@@jevonhamm9638 so I would say you need like $2k if you wanna do everything your self. you can also just pay a screen print shop nearby and they print for you. The only down side is that you will lose more profit. but you will mainly need a screen manual press, screen, flash dryer, screen coat, squegee for the screen and ink. (Printer for the design you want to screen print)
This is the most comprehensive and complete guide to screen printing available on RUclips... Thank you so much for making this video. You Sir... are a Saint!
Great video. Thank you. I literally learned more from this video then all other RUclips videos put together. Only thing missing is how do I set up the white underbase on photoshop?
This is really doable for peopel with homes or apartments. I'm in many groups and the concensus is that it takes good money and a good place to be able to screen print but this video really shows otherwise and for those of us wanting to get into it... This looks really doable and i'm a little mad i've filled my home with other equipment and would have set everything up differently to do this.
Awsome video with great details. What are the measurements for the dots on the pallet. That seems like a important step to align the transparency up. How many inches down did you go to place the shirt on the neck of the pallet to know how to place the transparency. Thanks in Advance.
Man this just seems like so much more work. Im new to all of this, so this just seems like a lot to me. Great video still. Another question... Why would or should someone do this process over Heat Press? Is it a matter of preference or is one process significantly better than the other?
Screen printing is more for your simple few color designs. Nice and durable, holds up longer than heat transfer. Doesnt make it better tho, heat transfers allow for more colors and a more "customized" feel makes it easy to have a more complicated design.
hey ! whats the max screen weight for screen printing ? i did some big wooden frame 28 by 25 and they are about 7ishh lbs a piece, would a screen print station have a hard time gettin those screen up and steady ?
For Australians watching this we use cm not inches so 110 is 43 threads per sqcm 55t, 63t 70t, 90t, 100t, 120t, 140t, 150t also yellow mesh requires longer exposure times because the light takes longer to travel down a yellow weave compared to white
Love your videos!! I was wondering if you have any experience using Siser EasySubli paper on cotton/dark t-shirts? Would you recommend this method of sublimating onto cotton or colors? I love the look that sublimation gives t-shirts and I'm not too much a fan of that plastic stiff feel that vinyl has, but I am really wanting to stick to 100% cotton shirts for my business.
Why does I make me delete all the other layers when I click bitmap to edit the magenta. Asks if I want to discard all other layers and there’s nothing I can do about it except hit ok
I’ve been doing this for almost a year now and it is so messy and takes up so much room. I’m thinking of just buying an Inkjet printer and doing DTF as all I will need is a heat press and printer
"for beginners"... and then you list the $500 of equipment I would need - lol. I suppose that's a low investment if you plan on starting a business, but for people like me who just want a print a few shirts, that's a lot of money for a few shirts! Great video though, it was very thorough. You're very good at explaining things.
Can't believe this amount of information is just free on the internet, thank you!

Hey I got a great T-shirt idea I’d love your opinion, on how to get started and what printer would work best.
Great video, kind of fast but to the point. I do have to use Adobe's software to make my life easier, right?
do you provide online course?
hey ! whats the max screen weight for screen printing ? i did some big wooden frame 28 by 25 and they are about 7ishh lbs a piece, would a screen print station have a hard time gettin those screen up and steady ?
Great video! Very informative. Quick question which is preferable for bulk printing of tshirts?
So if I wanted to get rid of a old design, I can just put another layer of emulsion on the screen?
Do you have a video how to align ?
When using a black t shirt how did you make the white layer?
Great video !!
Thanks!
Where to buy platinum adhesive? Pls reply🙏
I am new to all of this. What if you have a file in pdf format that you want to put on a shirt? How do you do that?
Circuit maker is fine to print the designs?
do you save the bitmap files as png or pdf
Seeeeeeeems like alot of work
At first yes!
This is gold
So does this work for hoodies too?
What if you add additives to plastisol like reducer,
For Australians watching this we use cm not inches so 110 is 43 threads per sqcm 55t, 63t 70t, 90t, 100t, 120t, 140t, 150t also yellow mesh requires longer exposure times because the light takes longer to travel down a yellow weave compared to white
Great informative video
What alternative heat press do you recommend since the one in the link is not available anymore?
honestly any heat press will work, that one hats sold out is just a slightly bigger version
Beautiful
Where can I buy blank hoodies in mass quantities I’m a huge fan of the channel it changes my life financially
Thank you! You can get them on jiffyshirts.com

I’ve been doing this for almost a year now and it is so messy and takes up so much room. I’m thinking of just buying an Inkjet printer and doing DTF as all I will need is a heat press and printer

Im learning this because I heard the ink comes right off in the dryer by heat pressing buuuut this screen printing method looks like alot of work!😩

Is your printer converted to dtf?
You sir made the screen printing process sound like rocket science 😭😭😭
Slava TV can you do a future video on customizing sneakers ?
How you make these designs??
is there a way to just pay someone to make you the screen for you so all you have to worry about is applying the paint.
gold
From where did you made the Self made Design ?
got it from Etsy!
Damn you go hard
Appreciate the support bro!
what other printer can we used? They are always sold out
any large format inkjet printer will work

How long do you let the screen expose on the unit? I have the same one but always end up over exposing the screen
