I was trying to do this along with the video anf kept getting frustrated. I believe that the description is incorrect. After the triple it should say Stomp Hop Shuffle Step Shuffles Step Ball Stomp.

Which is which?
Each one starts with a stomp. The single is just stomp hop step flap step. The double adds a flap instead of the step. The triple adds a shuffle :)
