(More examples, more advanced grammar points!)
This time we'll learn how to use ておく / とく in a sentence.
It's roughly translated as "to do ~ in advance / in preparation / for the future".
You might not believe how often we use because of this translation but trust me, you'll need to learn this! This is also a necessary grammar point to learn for the JLPT N4.
In this lesson you'll also learn how to use this ておく with other forms such as "eばよかった (should have)", "たほうがいい (should)" and more!!

@@Crouton- Now to be fair, a lot of the lessons on their actual site is geared towards all levels, and are actually pretty good. I would consider myself to have an intermediate knowledge of japanese, and I learned a lot of what I know through JapanesePod101's actual site. However their youtube channel and live streams are VERY much aimed towards beginners. They have quality intermediate and advance lessons so I'm not sure why they dont put more of that stuff on their channel.
