    Herons mate for life and never leave each other...its a symbol of being strong in the mind..and I remember seeing a Male heron pick a flower and spread his wings for his wife and dance for her..walked backwards in a zig zag fashion....great name it demands power and respect.

Let me tell you that recently I had the opportunity to get some roots of a "Plátanus Hispánica" that were removed from the street by the county workers; so I have planted in a box with sphagnum moss and try to make it root and sprout. Hope it works.

    Beautiful garden! 🙌✨✨
    Please teach me/us how to re-pot a big niwaki tree in a +30 gallon container... like those garden trees @2:45 in those big plastic nursery pots. 🙏
    I recently up-potted two 15gallon garden JBPs into 30gallon white-oak half wine-barrels. They are very beautiful... but I’m not looking forward to re-potting it and cutting back the roots in the future, haha (because they must weigh 300-500lbs each! 😳😆)
    I assume I’ll need to lay them on their side, roll pull or slide it out, because they’ll be so heavy? 🤔

    • @peterchan3100
      @peterchan3100 5 лет назад

      When we repot Niwaki we use a crane to lift the tree

    • @LessTalkMoreDelicious
      @LessTalkMoreDelicious 5 лет назад

      peter chan ...sounds serious and difficult! 😭
      I don’t have a crane and can’t afford renting a crane and crane operator.
      But, maybe I can rent a small fork-lift, Bobcat or maybe use an engine-hoist.
      I guess it’s best to just plant them in the ground so I don’t need to re-pot them.
