@@KotobukiGirl at this stage you’ll go around in circles for a bit due to trauma that was caused from the push and pull but always remember to stick to the plan, the longer you stay away the less this will affect you, at your moments of weakness is when you need to get on RUclips and watch some of these videos to remind your self cause our minds play tricks on us when we get weak. God is teaching you to create boundaries that you never used to have. In the end you will be ok, remind your self that you are safe and nobody is physically hurting you, make it a safe place in your mind and you will see how it works wonders. @ you’re very welcome, I know what it’s like I’ve been there my self. We always want what we can’t have and how we want it to be. Once you change your desire for the person and look at them from the outside for who they really are you wouldn’t even want to be friends with someone like that, the reason you feel you need or want them is cause you feel a loss over something you never truly had in the first place. You’ll be ok but it starts with you! Upgrade do you and live your best life one step at a time, discipline is key 💯
They realise how good you were once you have gone past the point of return. Stay strong don't look back, heal and be that "best authentic version of yourself". They are so predictable once you have the strength to admit they are narcissistic. Honestly things will get better and I've found so much comfort and clarity listening to Anoushka. He called me. Left a message about arranging to get his things from my place. I texted and said go ahead. Then he changed his mind and wants to get his things mid January because he’s leaving his job then, and will have more time. Omg he was so nice and blah blah blah. Thankfully I Spoke with a friend today who has been married to a Narc for over 39 years and she’s trying to get out! Thank you God for that wake up call you sent to me via my friend!!!! Remaining in my lane and not thinking about the “what if’s” anymore.
Stay strong, that's just their ego fighting to get their upper hand since they don't want to let go until they have destroyed you completely and left you in shambles, so they can then say "he/she had nothing else to offer and I was wasting my time". Know your value and give up on a lost story while you still value your self worth enough.
So good to hear these messages over and over again. This presentation really got thru how NEEDY these people are. OMG desperate needy people. And that they MUST do something to get your attention and that they will never change! Mine discarded me for 4 months, reappears with text messages that I did not answer, then desperate messages and all right before Christmas. Shows up with gifts and money. So now he’s calling all the time but what is so so helpful is hearing this presentation getting through to me that this is a desperate person desperate and his focus is only attention. Pathetic desperate people. I did let him back in. It was Christmas, my 2 dearest friend died in August, my mother 2 years ago and I have no other family at all . Awful and I have never been alone for Christmas. I just did not want a memory of Christmas in my brain of being alone and lonely. My experiance with my abisive ex narc was the worst and also the best thing that happened to me. It brought me to my lord and savior jesus christ-all glory to his glory name. I've went through hell and now i'm seeing things totally different. I used to miss him sooooo much, allthouhh he almost killed me.... i'm so thankfull that he discarded me....at first i thought i was going crazy for whst he did to me. donald....same for me. I bailed on her 5 years ago after I suspected she was cheating again. My suspicion was correct. She married new supply within 4 months of my leaving her. We were together 11 years and she had 3 children from 2 previous marriages. So glad I got out 5 years ago.

When I was discarded after 16 years, I asked if she was interested in marriage counseling. She said, “Not Really. I don’t feel like putting forth the effort. I’ll just be bitter.” Her explanation of why she was leaving me didn’t align with her behavior. And of course I found out she was cheating. There’s a special place in hell for cheaters.

She isn’t coming back. She had contact in August and could have made amends but chose to triangulate me with her new supply and then blocked me again. She said to me years ago that “love is a game” and she has ultimately played the game poorly as she tried to make me jealous with a new supply. But it’s backfired and she has ended up with her downgrade to fill the void of me not being there anymore. They are emotional toddlers that don’t know how to adult and don’t understand love
She blocked you…….classic covert narcissist behaviour. Triangulating you with new supply to torment you then block you to maintain control. It’s like they all act off the same script. Ignore, heal and never look back.
You got away, know your worth and keep yourself available for real love, instead of seeking the love bombing > devaluation cycle, craving the highs and accepting the lows. You will become addicted to that and pure love scenarios will seem shallow

I’ve been in a situation with one over the last six months, yesterday she started blocking me on various media, I blocked her too, last night I sent her a strong message telling her I was glad I was going to be free of her games, lies and manipulation, said goodbye and blocked her. Not sure how I feel this morning…
She came in for her things , lock herself in the bathroom, self inflicting injuries and calling cops on me . Got me 2 nights in jail and fighting in court for my innocence. These people are evil.

He was round the family home asking her out three months later she’s moved in with him five months all over social social media. He messaged me telling me that I’ll always be dead to my son but he was going to protect her and everything else it is so **** up I can’t believe what I was with for 10 **** years hate her so much but still can’t get out of my head after six months even though she’s messed up my whole lifeand she’s gone on like I never existed

@ miss complicated together for 10 years I didn’t know about narcissist of Eva. I also did tell her a year before that I wasn’t feeling the same about her but then I understood now this is why she probably set up the monkey brunch or having other friends on the go. I kind of run up to drug problem too to Mask being with her she carried on for another year, love bombing meets keep me in the relationship. I’m completely clean though yeah I messed up. I wasn’t perfect. I said some things that I shouldn’t of said to her but for that night for her to come home and kick out my friends cause a fight, dragging me around making videos of me never done this before. It’s like she was looking for a way out got physical got me arrested got a restraining order but then to find out that this guy that she said that she have nothing to do with a few weeks later round the house asking her out now they live together. It just seems so fake. I don’t know if she’s using keep I was love bombed at the beginning of the relationship. She is one of the ex bosses daughters at work. I just try to have fun with her to piss him off, but then I knew that she was with another crazy person that she also got a restraining order against also she has my little boy and I’m worried about him. She has ruined my life in regards money my little boy. It’s like I never existed. None of the good memories are there I do the bad the restraining order will be off soon, but I don’t know if I want to talk to her but I’ve still gotta be around for my son who I feel. She’s messing with his headand for her new supply to message me tell me how much he loves her after a few weeks he said oh you might think it’s fast and I will look after your little boy too and protect her. It’s very difficult.
@ and that was the thing as well I didn’t realise the red flags we had great sex which is not everything I worked really hard to add as much money as possible. We left in a nice luxury penthouse. I redid everything with all new furniture last year, but all new things to help clean the house and make life better for her. She didn’t cook. She didn’t like to clean. She used to like to sleep all the time every time I wasn’t around she’d be asleep. She only worked three nights a week. I was working seven days or more and all she said that she didn’t care about things. She wanted me more so I took two months off from Work and two weeks later as when she got me Arrested.
@jimscott-w1v oh my Lord, I did the same , always had the house clean dinner on the table **when he sometimes came home for it between girlfriends. Garden perfect , house painted car cleaned by me cause I didn’t want to spend the money at the car wash ,his clothes washed and ironed ,oh dear god he really played me for a fool , but all I ever wanted was a happy marriage and all he did was pick up supply. When I told him I would tell friends he was cheating he would say “ who’s going to believe you , I’m the nice guy and no one will believe you “. Then I searched through his private things and found letters and cards from different women , stupid man kept keepsakes to inflate his ego. Now I have the proof and am enjoying exposing him for the piece of s*** that he is and everyone we know will see this . Karma has come to bite .

@ they are aware yes & he understands as he was with a covert narcissist but is now divorced. I’ve been on my own healing & in therapy for the past year and I feel ready to move on and fall in love again.

I was Hoover'd. Yeah, I fell for it once at a meditation retreat. I thought my true love had returned. I was very young. I couldn't wrap my mind around the deceptions or lack of any ethics. I wanted to think my love for her had somehow overcome, and we could move on. But when I questioned her about what she'd done with the guy she'd dumped me for and definitely had been cheating on my with. She suddenly looked very confused. Got a strange look on her face. Her lies couldn't be denied. She said in a weak little voice. "I guess I'll return to him." I said," do you realize how mentally ill you are. I walked out, leaving her in a confused state, and I've never seen her again. Unfortunately, I was able to replace her a few years later with another narcissist. She attempted a hoover, but I was a bit more experienced. She was even better looking. She suddenly disappeared and came back two years later. She acted like nothing had happened. As she went to slip into something more comfortable, I stepped out for a cigarette. I just kept walking and didn't look back. The third one never got the chance. I kept things strictly platonic. No romantic contact. She was even more beautiful than the first two. I'd never really heard the term narcissist back then. It was heartbreaking. But I was definitely narcissist bait.

I'm so sorry you're going through this, as a self-aware diagnosed narcissist the stalking and harassment is just a normal part of the narcissist patterns. Please stay safe, be alert and vigilant. Watch your back and make sure you do not underestimate the narcissist. Make sure you document everything- any and all interactions and any and all times you see these narcissists, this is one of the most dangerous times of your life right now unfortunately. Thank you for your videos. With an Overt Narcissist first he may make promises to change then when that does not work, aggression, and physical violence. He will try to get you back under his control by any means necessary. You are his property no matter how many times he has cheated and left you. I had to leave the state making it more difficult for him to have access to me. This narc traveled to where I was living 5 states away and tried to drag me back cave man style. I have read that the lesser narcissist has poor cognitive function and low impulse control. Some are even capable of rape when they suffer a narcissistic injury. While I believe all narcissist can lash out violently when enraged and suffering from a narcissistic injury it is even more so with the lesser. My experience with this narcissist was even if we separated and he had moved on with a new supply source he would still come around to make sure I was not seeing anyone. If I happened to start dating he became violent even when he was engaged with someone new. Most narcissist when they are love bombing a new supply source will not want the one they discarded in the picture at least in the beginning of his new relationship. If they are engaged with a new supply source and still Hoovering you for fuel they have a sadistic streak. This narcissist cheated throughout the entire marriage. He engaged in triangulation with his first wife. She was a constant in our marriage until her suicide. The Covert Narcissist may try to come back after they have been involved in a few relationships which did not work out. When they try to come back they are low on supply and suffering from depression because of a loss of narcissistic supply. They love to tell you about the relationships they have been in and now they are smearing the person they left you for. They may tell you the person they have been in a relationship with has been abusing them. The Covert may apologize for all his past transgressions and the way he discarded you. He will have an excuse as to why he was so abusive and cruel at the end. It can play with your mind wondering if he is truly sorry. He can even have tears. You have to remember the tears are for himself. He is down and out with no available supply source. You must remember how he was at the end when he discarded you and the mask came completely off. He will seem desperate to keep you around as the Hoover takes place. And he is desperate for narcissistic supply. This is a midrange narcissist I’m talking about here and although very capable of violence he needs to put on a good show to convince you he really is a good person. This narcissist really does believe he is a good person and needs others to see him as such. If you see through this narcissist and don’t buy his story he may leave you alone. He will slink away like the snake that he is in search of new supply sources. Narcissist don’t like to waste their energy and when he sees you are not buying into it he is forced to search out new supply sources. I say forced because it is life or death to him to keep the false construct in place. In order to keep the false self in place he needs narcissistic supply. He needs the admiration of others or he ceases to exist. When you no longer buy the lie he will move on. Covert Narcissist do not display the open grandiosity of the Overt. While the Overt seems full of confidence the Covert lacks self esteem. The Covert will use a lot of pity plays working on your sympathetic nature. He wants you to feel sorry for him. The Covert is a coward. In any case Overt or Covert they suffer a narcissistic injury when they are rejected by an ex. They think they own you for life. Such interesting timing. My ex has left a few breadcrumbs overt the past few weeks. Just a few days ago she sent me a FB Message that I received emailed Notice of, but deleted the message before I could read it. I’m sure she’d love it if I asked “What did you send me?” Not happening.
I learnt now few Weeks, how to react, dont be a puppet cut of the string of the puppetmaster, dont fuel there Motor with any emotional, be a Rock in the hardest storm, be stoic it is the only way.

It's been nearly 5 years of this nasty behavior & after doing time in prison & even after he set me up again 😢 I am currently waiting for my court case .. we'll it took all this ugliness for me to know my worth .. he changed the pin on my phone so I had to pay to get it reset. He left a msg while it was in the shop .. it said something like .. Well that's a wicked end to a relationship.. I do miss you though, I miss talking to you blah blah I can't remember the rest it got deleted straight away & I got a new number & email add bank pin anything I had with a pin got changed .. I do feel that he really has let me go bcoz I felt a whole weight lift off my shoulders one day .. could this finally be the last time I hear from him .. bcoz I really want to live my life without him & his hate for me it's to stressful

They gotta start all over with someone and attempt to manipulate them. 😅 my ex narc thinks it's smart to label me as an abuser because of my reactions and put that all on paper for family court and intentionally withhold my daughter from me. Even if she has evidence of my reactions, I have my fair share of me asking her not to do certain behaviors that are harmful to our family dynamics. What did that get me? I was dismissed and told I'm a grown man and that I'm not being abused or triggered, but then thereafter, she openly admitted to being insensitive and throwing items at me. And openly says she KNOWS none of her behaviors are beneficial to the well-being of our family. Key take away, all she's truly doing is making it harder for anyone to trust her words and actions. There are clear signs of malicious intent to some degree. I will talk with my lawyer tomorrow 😊

Understand this: You will NEVER got any truth answer or anything from a narcissist... I know and was living with a covert narc for 10 years until I discarded and left him abrupt for 11 years ago. Never Ever I got closure from him - the narc - so I did the closure by my self and got healed by myself too. NOT a Quick Fix but I did all that AND I had as You have: NC everywhere exept for one space: my email... But after about 8 years I realize that he always try to hoover me. Sooo finally I even got NC at my email. It took 2 years and then he died abrupt in multiple injuries and diagnosis of his alcoholism. Alone in his flat - Only 55 years old last February 2023. I'm still alive 65 years old for now (I 'm 9 years older than him) and I will never know why etc. he chosed me to bee his A-source and frankly I don't care either. I'm FREE at least and he can't abuse or harm No-One anymore. It was - what it was! And I have calm and peace nowadays 🙏
Well woke up to a whatsapp from mine with her main tactic ..saying I lied to her and accusing me of getting back with my ex partner...all because I have walked away and closed door on her. I have no new partner or even messaging or thinking of anyone I just reached stage I was done with my pet narcissist.
This is absolutely False. If you have an abusive & narcissistic ex sometimes it is imperative to ensure that you are keeping yourself safe and out of harms way by staying one step ahead of their actions at all times.

My landlord is a very sick individual who unfortunately has no limits. He's involved in organized crime and is completely obsessed with me. He's doing his best to destroy me but I'm a Sigma Male and I have him at a distinct disadvantage and as he crumbles it's not very pretty. OMG.
18 days no contact. First failed Hoover on day 10, second failed Hoover on day 12 and failed flying monkey attempt. Nothing since then. Anyone think he may be done now? Back story - I caught him stealing my money and publicly called him out on his behaviour. 5 month relationship - went back 6 times. Long history working with his mom for 14 years.
No way it’s over! Keep your guard up! If you already went back to him six times, you taught him that that boundary wasn’t solid and he will keep it up to eventually wear you down to make it a seventh! I don’t know you or your story, but if you’ve experienced narcissism, even close to the way, Anushka describes it and the way I’ve experienced in almost textbook ways times 10!, Your best bet is to stick to your guns and build yourself a real life with someone who will love and care for you the way it should be and Don don’t get discouraged, you have to get out of your own way to let that happen!

@@KotobukiGirl at this stage you’ll go around in circles for a bit due to trauma that was caused from the push and pull but always remember to stick to the plan, the longer you stay away the less this will affect you, at your moments of weakness is when you need to get on RUclips and watch some of these videos to remind your self cause our minds play tricks on us when we get weak. God is teaching you to create boundaries that you never used to have. In the end you will be ok, remind your self that you are safe and nobody is physically hurting you, make it a safe place in your mind and you will see how it works wonders. @ you’re very welcome, I know what it’s like I’ve been there my self. We always want what we can’t have and how we want it to be. Once you change your desire for the person and look at them from the outside for who they really are you wouldn’t even want to be friends with someone like that, the reason you feel you need or want them is cause you feel a loss over something you never truly had in the first place. You’ll be ok but it starts with you! Upgrade do you and live your best life one step at a time, discipline is key 💯
They realise how good you were once you have gone past the point of return. Stay strong don't look back, heal and be that "best authentic version of yourself". They are so predictable once you have the strength to admit they are narcissistic.
Honestly things will get better and I've found so much comfort and clarity listening to Anoushka. She is the most knowledgeable person on this subject and is at the top of her game understanding what a narcissist really is, their traits and what to expect.

He called me. Left a message about arranging to get his things from my place. I texted and said go ahead. Then he changed his mind and wants to get his things mid January because he’s leaving his job then, and will have more time. Omg he was so nice and blah blah blah. Thankfully I Spoke with a friend today who has been married to a Narc for over 39 years and she’s trying to get out! Thank you God for that wake up call you sent to me via my friend!!!! Remaining in my lane and not thinking about the “what if’s” anymore.
Stay strong, that's just their ego fighting to get their upper hand since they don't want to let go until they have destroyed you completely and left you in shambles, so they can then say "he/she had nothing else to offer and I was wasting my time".
Know your value and give up on a lost story while you still value your self worth enough.

So good to hear these messages over and over again. This presentation really got thru how NEEDY these people are. OMG desperate needy people. And that they MUST do something to get your attention and that they will never change! Mine discarded me for 4 months, reappears with text messages that I did not answer, then desperate messages and all right before Christmas. Shows up with gifts and money. So now he’s calling all the time but what is so so helpful is hearing this presentation getting through to me that this is a desperate person desperate and his focus is only attention. Pathetic desperate people. I did let him back in. It was Christmas, my 2 dearest friend died in August, my mother 2 years ago and I have no other family at all . Awful and I have never been alone for Christmas. I just did not want a memory of Christmas in my brain of being alone and lonely. Your presentation helps me SO much to keep the reality of who he is in plain sight. We don’t live together thankfully so I can balance having his company but keep my boundaries firmly up . Have his company serve me not him.

My experiance with my abisive ex narc was the worst and also the best thing that happened to me. It brought me to my lord and savior jesus christ-all glory to his glory name. I've went through hell and now i'm seeing things totally different. I used to miss him sooooo much, allthouhh he almost killed me.... i'm so thankfull that he discarded me....at first i thought i was going crazy for whst he did to me. But i'm living proof that you can leave this narc chapter behind and live your best life❤ sending healing and prayers to everyone who experienced this kind of abuse

donald....same for me. I bailed on her 5 years ago after I suspected she was cheating again. My suspicion was correct. She married new supply within 4 months of my leaving her. We were together 11 years and she had 3 children from 2 previous marriages. So glad I got out 5 years ago.

When I was discarded after 16 years, I asked if she was interested in marriage counseling. She said, “Not Really. I don’t feel like putting forth the effort. I’ll just be bitter.” Her explanation of why she was leaving me didn’t align with her behavior. And of course I found out she was cheating. There’s a special place in hell for cheaters.

She isn’t coming back. She had contact in August and could have made amends but chose to triangulate me with her new supply and then blocked me again. She said to me years ago that “love is a game” and she has ultimately played the game poorly as she tried to make me jealous with a new supply. But it’s backfired and she has ended up with her downgrade to fill the void of me not being there anymore. They are emotional toddlers that don’t know how to adult and don’t understand love
She blocked you…….classic covert narcissist behaviour. Triangulating you with new supply to torment you then block you to maintain control. It’s like they all act off the same script. Ignore, heal and never look back.

I’ve been in a situation with one over the last six months, yesterday she started blocking me on various media, I blocked her too, last night I sent her a strong message telling her I was glad I was going to be free of her games, lies and manipulation, said goodbye and blocked her.

He was round the family home asking her out three months later she’s moved in with him five months all over social social media. He messaged me telling me that I’ll always be dead to my son but he was going to protect her and everything else it is so **** up I can’t believe what I was with for 10 **** years hate her so much but still can’t get out of my head after six months even though she’s messed up my whole lifeand she’s gone on like I never existed

@ miss complicated together for 10 years I didn’t know about narcissist of Eva. I also did tell her a year before that I wasn’t feeling the same about her but then I understood now this is why she probably set up the monkey brunch or having other friends on the go. I kind of run up to drug problem too to Mask being with her she carried on for another year, love bombing meets keep me in the relationship. I’m completely clean though yeah I messed up. I wasn’t perfect. I said some things that I shouldn’t of said to her but for that night for her to come home and kick out my friends cause a fight, dragging me around making videos of me never done this before. It’s like she was looking for a way out got physical got me arrested got a restraining order but then to find out that this guy that she said that she have nothing to do with a few weeks later round the house asking her out now they live together. It just seems so fake. I don’t know if she’s using keep I was love bombed at the beginning of the relationship. She is one of the ex bosses daughters at work. I just try to have fun with her to piss him off, but then I knew that she was with another crazy person that she also got a restraining order against also she has my little boy and I’m worried about him. She has ruined my life in regards money my little boy. It’s like I never existed. None of the good memories are there I do the bad the restraining order will be off soon, but I don’t know if I want to talk to her but I’ve still gotta be around for my son who I feel. She’s messing with his headand for her new supply to message me tell me how much he loves her after a few weeks he said oh you might think it’s fast and I will look after your little boy too and protect her. It’s very difficult.
@ and that was the thing as well I didn’t realise the red flags we had great sex which is not everything I worked really hard to add as much money as possible. We left in a nice luxury penthouse. I redid everything with all new furniture last year, but all new things to help clean the house and make life better for her. She didn’t cook. She didn’t like to clean. She used to like to sleep all the time every time I wasn’t around she’d be asleep. She only worked three nights a week. I was working seven days or more and all she said that she didn’t care about things. She wanted me more so I took two months off from Work and two weeks later as when she got me Arrested.

Garden perfect , house painted car cleaned by me cause I didn’t want to spend the money at the car wash ,his clothes washed and ironed ,oh dear god he really played me for a fool , but all I ever wanted was a happy marriage and all he did was pick up supply.
When I told him I would tell friends he was cheating he would say “ who’s going to believe you , I’m the nice guy and no one will believe you “.
Then I searched through his private things and found letters and cards from different women , stupid man kept keepsakes to inflate his ego.
Now I have the proof and am enjoying exposing him for the piece of s*** that he is and everyone we know will see this .

@ they are aware yes & he understands as he was with a covert narcissist but is now divorced. I’ve been on my own healing & in therapy for the past year and I feel ready to move on and fall in love again.

I was Hoover'd. Yeah, I fell for it once at a meditation retreat. I thought my true love had returned. I was very young. I couldn't wrap my mind around the deceptions or lack of any ethics. I wanted to think my love for her had somehow overcome, and we could move on. But when I questioned her about what she'd done with the guy she'd dumped me for and definitely had been cheating on my with. She suddenly looked very confused. Got a strange look on her face. Her lies couldn't be denied. She said in a weak little voice. "I guess I'll return to him." I said," do you realize how mentally ill you are. I walked out, leaving her in a confused state, and I've never seen her again. Unfortunately, I was able to replace her a few years later with another narcissist. She attempted a hoover, but I was a bit more experienced. She was even better looking. She suddenly disappeared and came back two years later. She acted like nothing had happened. As she went to slip into something more comfortable, I stepped out for a cigarette. I just kept walking and didn't look back. The third one never got the chance. I kept things strictly platonic. No romantic contact. She was even more beautiful than the first two. I'd never really heard the term narcissist back then. It was heartbreaking. But I was definitely narcissist bait.

I'm so sorry you're going through this, as a self-aware diagnosed narcissist the stalking and harassment is just a normal part of the narcissist patterns. Please stay safe, be alert and vigilant. Watch your back and make sure you do not underestimate the narcissist. Make sure you document everything- any and all interactions and any and all times you see these narcissists, this is one of the most dangerous times of your life right now unfortunately. I hope you can find a bodyguard or someone to keep watch while you have your children as well. I will pray to God for your safety and I hope you have many blessings in the future.

Thank you for your videos. With an Overt Narcissist first he may make promises to change then when that does not work, aggression, and physical violence. He will try to get you back under his control by any means necessary. You are his property no matter how many times he has cheated and left you. I had to leave the state making it more difficult for him to have access to me. This narc traveled to where I was living 5 states away and tried to drag me back cave man style. I have read that the lesser narcissist has poor cognitive function and low impulse control. Some are even capable of rape when they suffer a narcissistic injury. While I believe all narcissist can lash out violently when enraged and suffering from a narcissistic injury it is even more so with the lesser.
My experience with this narcissist was even if we separated and he had moved on with a new supply source he would still come around to make sure I was not seeing anyone. If I happened to start dating he became violent even when he was engaged with someone new. Most narcissist when they are love bombing a new supply source will not want the one they discarded in the picture at least in the beginning of his new relationship. If they are engaged with a new supply source and still Hoovering you for fuel they have a sadistic streak. This narcissist cheated throughout the entire marriage. He engaged in triangulation with his first wife. She was a constant in our marriage until her suicide. The Covert Narcissist may try to come back after they have been involved in a few relationships which did not work out. When they try to come back they are low on supply and suffering from depression because of a loss of narcissistic supply. They love to tell you about the relationships they have been in and now they are smearing the person they left you for. They may tell you the person they have been in a relationship with has been abusing them. The Covert may apologize for all his past transgressions and the way he discarded you. He will have an excuse as to why he was so abusive and cruel at the end. It can play with your mind wondering if he is truly sorry.
He can even have tears. You have to remember the tears are for himself. He is down and out with no available supply source. You must remember how he was at the end when he discarded you and the mask came completely off. He will seem desperate to keep you around as the Hoover takes place. And he is desperate for narcissistic supply. This is a midrange narcissist I’m talking about here and although very capable of violence he needs to put on a good show to convince you he really is a good person. This narcissist really does believe he is a good person and needs others to see him as such. If you see through this narcissist and don’t buy his story he may leave you alone. He will slink away like the snake that he is in search of new supply sources. Narcissist don’t like to waste their energy and when he sees you are not buying into it he is forced to search out new supply sources. I say forced because it is life or death to him to keep the false construct in place. In order to keep the false self in place he needs narcissistic supply. He needs the admiration of others or he ceases to exist. When you no longer buy the lie he will move on. Covert Narcissist do not display the open grandiosity of the Overt. While the Overt seems full of confidence the Covert lacks self esteem. The Covert will use a lot of pity plays working on your sympathetic nature. He wants you to feel sorry for him. The Covert is a coward. In any case Overt or Covert they suffer a narcissistic injury when they are rejected by an ex. They think they own you for life. It's been nearly 5 years of this nasty behavior & after doing time in prison & even after he set me up again 😢 I am currently waiting for my court case .. we'll it took all this ugliness for me to know my worth .. he changed the pin on my phone so I had to pay to get it reset. He left a msg while it was in the shop .. it said something like .. Well that's a wicked end to a relationship.. I do miss you though, I miss talking to you blah blah I can't remember the rest it got deleted straight away & I got a new number & email add bank pin anything I had with a pin got changed .. I do feel that he really has let me go bcoz I felt a whole weight lift off my shoulders one day .. could this finally be the last time I hear from him .. bcoz I really want to live my life without him & his hate for me it's to stressful

I have been talking about my experience and the abuse, especially to people who are still friends with this person. What is the difference between this and a smear campaign?
Only the narcissist loved me, even though it was fake
They gotta start all over with someone and attempt to manipulate them. 😅 my ex narc thinks it's smart to label me as an abuser because of my reactions and put that all on paper for family court and intentionally withhold my daughter from me. Even if she has evidence of my reactions, I have my fair share of me asking her not to do certain behaviors that are harmful to our family dynamics. What did that get me? I was dismissed and told I'm a grown man and that I'm not being abused or triggered, but then thereafter, she openly admitted to being insensitive and throwing items at me. And openly says she KNOWS none of her behaviors are beneficial to the well-being of our family.
Key take away, all she's truly doing is making it harder for anyone to trust her words and actions. There are clear signs of malicious intent to some degree. I will talk with my lawyer tomorrow 😊

She dont know because she is completely separated and have no contact whatsoever with me..I got new house. In new pleace.She even dont know my new phone nr. She's got my email ... Its me who want meeting and clousure. And its not happening. Not gonna happend . I wish she will call me and explain at least.
Understand this: You will NEVER got any truth answer or anything from a narcissist... I know and was living with a covert narc for 10 years until I discarded and left him abrupt for 11 years ago.
Never Ever I got closure from him - the narc - so I did the closure by my self and got healed by myself too. NOT a Quick Fix but I did all that AND I had as You have: NC everywhere exept for one space: my email...
But after about 8 years I realize that he always try to hoover me. Sooo finally I even got NC at my email.
It took 2 years and then he died abrupt in multiple injuries and diagnosis of his alcoholism. Alone in his flat - Only 55 years old last February 2023. I'm still alive 65 years old for now (I 'm 9 years older than him) and I will never know why etc. he chosed me to bee his A-source and frankly I don't care either. I'm FREE at least and he can't abuse or harm No-One anymore.

No way it’s over! Keep your guard up! If you already went back to him six times, you taught him that that boundary wasn’t solid and he will keep it up to eventually wear you down to make it a seventh! I don’t know you or your story, but if you’ve experienced narcissism, even close to the way, Anushka describes it and the way I’ve experienced in almost textbook ways times 10!, Your best bet is to stick to your guns and build yourself a real life with someone who will love and care for you the way it should be and Don don’t get discouraged, you have to get out of your own way to let that happen!

Blocked me for 5 days then ended it up 2 days before Christmas. Was our anniversary a week later and she went out with her friends. Won’t respond to my txts but has me blocked from calling. She’s reading my messages on WhatsApp but ignoring me. Somehow I miss her and want her back it’s so hard
