I am so grateful that I discovered your videos! I have strengthened my legs to the point where I am able to stand on my own from a low car seat....something I haven't been able to do for decades! I'm in my seventies, and I can climb up on my patio from the ground level, also with no assistance. I am looking forward to trying these exercises as well....thank you for this!

Thanks for this, I used to be fit 20 years ago, but now Im a couch potato. Im realising the older you get, movement is so important. I will start with your video and build up from there. You prove, you don’t need an expensive gym membership, but to move and start somewhere/anywhere.

At the age of 63, F, I DESPISE going to the fitness center, just across the street, because of the people who go there all the time, as I get tired of them…I’ve been observing a time when it is quieter in there so I can go more often during that less busy time. I appreciate a video showing how to strength muscles without the machines.

Thanks a lot for your advice and tips…they value a lot.I struggle with muscle loss after treatments for breast cancer, I always was fit but after cancer I feel like I am a lot older than I actually am.Movement is the key in almost everything, helped me a lot after the double mastectomy that I had, i did exercises that my surgeon recomended after the surgery, I did those every day since 3 years ago, and I know for sure that kept my range of motion almost perfect.Thanks a lot for your videos and the effort you put in all this!!❤

Very nice doable exercise routine! BTW, donkey calf raises can also be done on the kitchen bench, which makes it extra easy to fit into odd minutes while you are waiting for water to boil, etc.

Hi. Please make a video on avoiding shoulder replacement surgery, from suspiciously painful to serious (My mother had both hers done. Now I'm worried it's starting.)
I have been diagnosed with shoulder impingement, and I would like some excercises to fix this too. My gp physios excercises have not helped and ive been doing the religiously for months. The pain is not in my shoulder but in my arm muscle and now elbow is hurting as well 🤦

Will, could I ask/suggest that you might consider offering/attaching a file that shows each exercise graphically. Perhaps the number of exercises shown in your RUclips video. The viewer could download/print the file and accurately follow your suggested exercise routine. This would really help your followers to be more committed to an active strength/flexibility/balance/etc. program. HT Physio posted on many exercise room walls!
A useful bottle for heavier weight exercises is a 5litre plastic bottle that has a handle built in to its shape i.e. windscreen wash etc. when filled with water it will weigh about 5Kgs. Can reduce the weight by the amount of water.
Thanks for the tips. I broke my hip last spring and lost all leg muscle. Unfortunately I have an old knee ACL that has hampered my recovery. No glutes. 😢
Dear Will, I tried the exercise above and had no pain. The I Stronger legs in just 10 days for the first time and the next day I was very stiff. Do you have stretches for after the exercise. I am 64 years old and haven’t exercised is 10 years. I really enjoy your exercises.
Stretch when u get up. Spend 15 min stretching after pottying! Then try not to sit too much. Get up & walk around the house or the block, several times a morning and again in afternoon. Long walk after dinner. Change positions often if watching tv. Use moist heat. Getting Off Grains is the biggest help tho!! Try it for one week. It will be miraculous and if not, it will still be alot better!

Now, for people with bad arthritis, I’ll let them know that they could use a Piccolo bottle (it’s only 187.5 milliliters)! Let’s train more, harder and faster! There are a whole range of “dumbbells” to help at any stage of your progress!

Thank you I wrote all these exercises down and I'm going to try them. The work out I do now does not exert me. 50 sit ups, pelvic lifts, chest and arms spread, resistance bands-arms,legs & 3 lb weights; all very little reps. I'll try.

Really good n easy to do exercises
A useful bottle for heavier weight exercises is a 5litre plastic bottle that has a handle built in to its shape i.e. windscreen wash etc. when filled with water it will weigh about 5Kgs. Can reduce the weight by the amount of water.

Thanks for the tips. I broke my hip last spring and lost all leg muscle. Unfortunately I have an old knee ACL that has hampered my recovery. No glutes. 😢

Dear Will, I tried the exercise above and had no pain.
The I Stronger legs in just 10 days for the first time and the next day I was very stiff. Do you have stretches for after the exercise. I am 64 years old and haven’t exercised is 10 years. I really enjoy your exercises.

Stretch when u get up. Spend 15 min stretching after pottying!
Then try not to sit too much. Get up & walk around the house or the block, several times a morning and again in afternoon. Long walk after dinner.
Change positions often if watching tv.
Use moist heat.
Getting Off Grains is the biggest help tho!! Try it for one week. It will be miraculous and if not, it will still be alot better!

Now, for people with bad arthritis, I’ll let them know that they could use a Piccolo bottle (it’s only 187.5 milliliters)! Let’s train more, harder and faster! There are a whole range of “dumbbells” to help at any stage of your progress!

Love your videos and have your book but can you help with exercises that don't exacerbate current injuries ie hip bursitis?
Thank you Will i have noticed since my hip replacement last year a definite decline in my calf muscles due to the recovery phase. I will try theses excercises and let you know how I get on. 😀
Thank you I wrote all these exercises down and I'm going to try them. The work out I do now does not exert me. 50 sit ups, pelvic lifts, chest and arms spread, resistance bands-arms,legs & 3 lb weights; all very little reps. I'll try.
