Does anybody know why is it called "house of pleasure"?
Jawaharlal Nehru's father motilal nehru was a renowned lawyer of india and a front line leader of india national congress. When nehru born , they {Nehru's parents } were very happy and shifted to a new home and named it "Anand Bhawan". It's a hindi word which means house of pleasure. Anand means pleasure, happiness and bhawan means building .
