Thank you for sharing. Some people just simply annoyingly ungrateful. You are doing your best in sharing and yet they criticised instead of trying to provide positive feedback for improvement. Don't be disheartened or discouraged, you don't owe them a living. They have no capability in sharing thus have a twisted mentality where only negative words they could speak off. I bet these people are mostly sad and defected in their life. Keep going, practice made perfect, you will definitely be better when you next try.

可以不用梳打粉而完全用發粉,如都不想,可以像西式蛋糕的做法,完全將雞蛋和糖打發起, 再加粉類和油,不過出來未必一樣效果.
