In India also 99 percentage people are friendly and helpful with everyone, and also great good hospitality is given to Indian People and also Foreign Tourists who come to stay in India or for any other things.

If there are no people there is no process. The key is to do more and talk less, it's about creating relationships and be attentive

Unrealistic. Own or work in a restaurant. You can strive for this, but regarding consistent day in day out it is not going to happen. 3 reasons. 1. Labor 2. turnover rates 3. Social media. Its a dying art, I agree to that point.

Sean, I have worked and owned a restaurant. You become your expectations. Hospitality takes care of all 3 challenges you mentioned. Thanks for sharing.

Just regurgitating what Bobby Stuckey has taught years before. Feels like she just loves crapping on restaurants/ hotels and feels a little out of touch from actual operations.
