Easy Decoupage Project with Fevicryl Modge Podge

- The Fevicryl Modge Podge Gloss can be used for specialist decoupage crafts. Decoupage is a simple way of upcycling something you already own and personalizing it in the way you want. A decoupage project may look like painted masterpieces, but in reality, this French art technique involves a simple process of adhering paper crafts or other mediums to a project in a seamless way.This glue has dual properties and acts as both a glue and varnish for Decoupage. The Modge Podge Gloss can be used on multiple substrates including wood, glass, MDF, fabrics, metals and more. Can i use it as varnish?
I want to use modge podge glue to make my macrame products. I want to know if the glue is sticky and after it dries does it leave white marks?
Hi, it dries transparent but there remains a very mild stickiness

Hi Sophia, I used fevicryl mod podge glossy n then used varnish but the coasters are sticking to each other. What should I do?.
Secondly I used them first without varnish but the decoupage paper started peeling off if anything wet was kept on it
You will have to allow them to dry completely. May take few days in humid climate.
Hello . I want add glitter to an organza fabric, do u think using this product to add glitter on a fabric is wise and that it won't smudge ?

Can we use any picture printed on a normal paper instead of these tissues with mod podge and will it give the same result?
I will not recommend it since the color may run when the wet modge podge is applied over it

Hi ! Great video ! Does the fevicryl modgepodge feel sticky/tacky even after a few days ? Or does it hard dry completely ? I have tried camlin gloss medium for the same purpose but it feels little sticky even after a few days. Have never tried fevicryl modge podge. Thank you.

I want put it over my photos so that it wont get spoil it wont spoil right?
I would suggest that you test it out on another photo first. I feel that maybe the photo ink may get lifted due the wet nature of the glue and spoil it. But test on a sample photo and check.
Do mod podge seals WaterColour painting ?
Not recommended. It will lift the watercolour and spoil it.

Piu Ganguly I am assuming that you want to be able to wash the mug often. This product will not ensure that the acrylic colour remains unaffected by water and scrubbing. You may have to look for some other sealant designed specifically for the purpose

Lot of online stores including Amazon. Even good stationary shops have them.

I am painting my old shoes with acrylic paint (of fevicryl brand) as I didn't get fabric paints. So will this mod podge prevent cracks on fabric due to acrylic paint???? Pls reply URGENT!! I hv to wear my shoes tomorrow!!

Rimzhim Saxena it may make it slightly water resistant so few drops of water wouldn’t hurt but if you truly want to make it waterproof, you may have to put an additional layer of suitable sealant.

It is water resistant but not water proof. It can handle some bit of water spill but not long exposure to water.

Mam After using Fevicryl Modge Podge, when it dries it still sticky, so i repeatedly use 2-3 layer to fix stickeyness... But it still very sticky.. And the odour is not strong either it smells very sweet... is it expires or something else... Please help me out mam....🥺🥺🥺
Allow it to dry completely. May take upto a day or two in humid climate.
