The night I watched you first, I was in a state where I needed God to tell me why I am alive. That night I told God to take my life. And I told him that if I wake up in the morning, he should show me reasons to be alive. Do you know as at that night, I didn't have#1,000 to my name and I just left the abusive relationship that I was in (story to tell later). And that night I cried so hard and was ready for what God chooses from my two options. I woke up and I was surprised I woke up. And I thanked God. That same morning, my account grew to #40,000. I can relate to the first thing you learnt. I beat myself up when I don’t achieve things. Gosh I remember the first half of the year where God led me into a season of rest and dependence. I didn’t have goals or anything. Everytime I tried to set goals and achieve things, I would get a stop. Now I’m learning to rest too. And now that God has given me goals, when I find myself lazying about I beat myself! Sigh 😩😩. But I’m learning not to.

Hi Ezi. I'm Rejoyce. I've heard about you before now😅 Everybody in school(okay not everybody but we get the point) talked about you years back. I only came across one video last month and I thought to watch. God has been using you to speak to me and it's a really thoughtful thing of Him to do. Say Ezi, something happened yesterday that hurt me so much. Long and short of it is that I've been struggling with my uniqueness. I almost feel choked because everybody sees me as "a lot". why do i relate to you so much? if i spend my day lying around, i get angry with myself for not being productive, even when i don't have anything to do
I’m kinda the opposite for my distance with God when sick. I end up communicating so much I begin to feel guilty sometimes and feel like I’m hanging on this much because things are difficult. This is the best way I can explain it. But I know God loves me so I am working towards not feeling guilty about it.
This made me smile, I think it’s human to repeatedly find ourselves working through feelings of guilt in our relationship with God. I’m so glad He keeps helping us get better and better in relating with Him ❤️

Ezinne, you have been a blessing. I remember one time I was so full of guilt for neglecting God because of the pressures of life. The pressure was weighing me down and at the same time I did not want to be far away from God. Then I stumbled on your video: “Seek ye first the kingdom of God” Two things that God revealed to me from that video is that: 1. God just want a relationship with me, and 2. It is in my relationship with Jesus that God will make those pressures become nothing to me. Ezinne, this has been my testimony since that video. God showed me that I just needed to seek after him. He just wanted my attention. He only just wanted me to come as I am. He only wants a relationship. And it is in that relationship with him that he builds me up to be that person strong to take on life as it comes.
