@@favour_mkpuruoma don’t be scared try and keep a fitness regime now no matter how small it might be ie maybe walking 1 hour per day consistently or going to gym for 30mins daily if it’s within your budget and eating clean. When you get married you can take that habit into your marriage that should help to burn any extras your body might pick up after marriage.
