If one talaq is given, 3 menstrual cycles is waiting period for both men and women, they will be in separate period they can sort out things and reconcile to get together again or else if still they dont want to be together, again talaq is given this is second time , again 3 menstrual cycles is waiting period, like this don't go more than 3 times, so only they said 3 times is enough, but misunderstood 3 times said once got divorced, it's wrong waiting period is must and one waiting time is over first talaq if women is willing to go another Nikkah she can do she have freedom as per Quran, then that's all over no issues
