Im 19 and just started with spirituality and still in the process,but sometimes I wonder if I'm going in the right track ,or is it worth it,as you'd expect a distracted teenagers to be .But after this video and how beautifully these people explained spirituality differentiating it with religion and rituals.

They are your frist guru - teacher they know whats good for you and what is not. Just like this in old ancient times small kids used to go to the gurukula - school for learning some specific thing like archery, crafts and yog etc. They must be learning something that there mom dad not tought them or they may don't know how to do it, am I right?

When I was in 8th I started meditating because of you..
Now I am in 12th...
Before I didn't know a lot about spirituality... But this year I actually learned a lot my own about spirituality by research and practice..
And I was practicing some.. But actually.. Idk what happened doing that..but I use to sense..what people around me are going to do next..
But then actually I use to get scared..because I use to sense some negative kinda energy also..because I was scared of something inside my body.
I have lot to explain..but here I can't.
But rn I just stopped doing that because at that point of time I got scared..
And I lost that sense to know what's going to happen next..
And I just realised..when you stop valuing anything..u lose it...
I will come back into spirituality again...but after some time..after making myself and my brain ready.. I don't want to get scared again..
I still do basic mediation somethings..
Before I use to meditate for 40-50 minutes..

Most imp thing always do good karma because after death only 3 thinks can go out from body that is your soul , your this life memories, and your good and bad karmas, 🙏🏻🙏🏻 so little little in very tiny Kamra are counting in god's court so try to be can't damage anybody by mental and physical, also they hurt you by mentally then you give her good and sweet smile and make a distance from that person and they hurt you physically then you react nothing to happen with us and said that person you are giving a hard lesson from my life because , that people which act of small part of life and they give you some problems mentally and physically so my dear that will be already decided they will come your life and teach you lessons 😀 so at the last i said , please don't forget get you are not a body you are soul which is can't die and don't make a permanent decision for temporary problems in your life

I still believe that, whatever that we are seeking externally, be it the energy from Temples or offering prayers to the God in a sacred place could all be done within us. The intent matters more that the ritual itself. We don't have to go to the jungles to start on this path, it starts from right within. Awesome video brother!

U r one of the best youtubers I have ever come across I m a teenager and I grew up thinking that spirituality is all about sanctity n orthodoxy I used to make fun of spiritual people calling them baba but as I was growing I started dealing with things I thought I wouldn't ever deal with. I was so paranoid, fidgety n panicky. I thought of suiciding as an aftermath of hopelessness but I started to follow u coz u don't seem like a baba u look normal so following ur path was contributing to not only following spirituality bt also a man who implements great learning from spirituality in modern world n boom I have changed a lot.
