my husband loves his Merrill hiking shoes. I made him go try them for our Alaskan cruise 5 years ago; he was super resistent. He tried them on and loved them. Now he wears them all the time.
I have a pouch (not Tripped) that I use for both my electronic cords, travel adapter, and my prescription meds and first aid stuff. It goes in my personal item every trip! Makes things so easy!
You are on fire-thank you. The cubes are a real game changer. I travel often and the cubes save me every time. One cube for every type of clothing: ie: Pants, socks, undies, shirts…When I run out of space in the cube I know that I have packed to max
I love my jackets with the straps! Thanks for highlighting them! Your community loves you too! Powerstep shoe inserts were recommended by my physical therapist and I love them.
Merry Christmas. We are staying home for Christmas. Husband still is recovering from second foot surgery. I have brought several items you have showed through this year. Hope family likes them for Christmas.
I have a shadow travel box, I have plane tickets, tickets from attractions, a drink umbrella from a restaurant in Johannesburg (there is a story there!). Super idea!
I have seen you use your packing cubes as a pillow in flight- I would buy a child’s pillow case off of Amazon to cover your travel cube and make the cube softer as you snooze. Child size pillow cases usually have a closure and are useful for many things. I buy the 3-5 gallon ziplock bags for shoes, dirty clothes and wet clothes - they work great.
Love your videos. My husband and I are leaving in two days for Prague and the Christmas markets. Thanks for the idea of wearing the cream colored stocking cap when seeing the lights at night and snapping pictures. Happy holidays to you and yours.
Thank you for the suggestion of backpack straps for coat!! I use Columbia jackets and bought backpack straps to clip on from Etsy. Going to get another set for my husband’s coat. Worked great!!
I bought the Tripped electronics bag for myself for my Anniversary trip this past October , and bought it for my brother for Christmas for his trip in Feb! Love it!!
Merry Christmas & Happy and Healthy New Year! 🎉🥂 Your suggestions are great advice and always appreciated. I started my holiday the last week in November and used compression bags/cubes for packing my clothes. They made such a difference! I also like that everything is kept neat and tidy in the bags within the suitcase - perfect! Thank you for all the advice you give during the year!
@ I do! One of my friends says I have OCD when it comes to keeping my house clean and tidy and the same when packing my suitcases! lol. Everything has a place - 😉😂😂……these cubes/bags are absolutely perfect! 👌 Although I use up all “spare spaces” in a suitcase, I also like the idea of having a bag specially for one pair of shoes (if necessary!) I used to roll my clothes - now I lay my clothes flat!
@ As this is a long holiday (2 months) the cubes are “dress cube”, “tops cube”, lingerie cube” etc - hope this makes sense to you! 🤗. It just helped me keep organised!
Thanks to this video, I learned something. I can't see the difference between the real thing and the fake one, so I just buy the fake one. But if you want to buy it in the future, it is better to invest in the real thing. But now I am still considering buying a fake one within the budget. I have been waiting for kislux for a long time.
Merry Christmas Laurie. Just love every one of your tips and tricks. I’m still not onboard with travel cubes since I still use your “squish and smoosh” method…people love it when I say that!!!! Thank you for all these gift ideas…many excellent stocking stuffer ideas. All the best.
Another great video! My Bernado coat arrived today! I got the navy one. And recently I got the yellow raincoat you recommended. I usually set my suitcase on the bed or card table to pack, but the suitcase stand you showed looks nice.
