      I was really disappointed with Drai after that dirty hit. But it was amplified 10x because of how Barkov reacted. He went down on all fours and stayed there as if his jaw was broken when it actually he's probably just worried if he has an injury. Now he's back as if nothing had happened. If he reacted by skating away while holding his jaw, it wouldn't have looked so bad. Drama at it's finest.

      @sma4827 11 дней назад +1

      @@nrdify Respectfully, Canucks lost three weeks ago, get over it. The Stanley Cup is notoriously hard to win and requires a lot of luck because it's ultimately a battle of attrition, so Demko's injury is only a testament of how hard this cup is. Now it's the Oiler's turn to lose to attrition because if we play your game of "what ifs", we could say that this would also be a significantly different series if several of our key guys weren't playing through injuries (two already confirmed and likely others). Last year the Panthers had this happen to them. It's just how playoffs work.

      @@sma4827 I think it's ridiculous for you to compare Thatcher Demko (a Vezina candidate) being injured and absent for the entire second round, with any injuries that the Oilers have suffered (the most serious being Evander Kane). Now who is making excuses? When you look at how close the series was between the Canucks and the Oilers, and then factor in the fact that the Canucks were playing with their #3 goalie in net, I think it is inarguable that the outcome of that season would have been different with Demko in net. Regardless, you are missing my main point that the Oilers are frauds and don't deserve to be in the Finals.
