Wonderful dissection as to WHY we have so much difficulty, simply falling asleep and remaining asleep until our internal clock awakens us. It had never occurred to me that the foundations of sleeplessness had been laid during our nurturing years, and it makes so much sense. Another insightful and lovely poem!
