I was very surprised and saddened by his passing. Especially since he seemed to be in good health and was pretty active still in recent years with acting and doing interviews and getting some success with the Mandalorian. An actor that always added to whatever film he was in and he was always enjoyable to watch. He was absolutely perfect as Apollo Creed and I don't think those Rocky films would have been anywhere near as good with someone different in the Apollo Creed role. There would never have been any Creed movies if that character hadn't been so memorable, loved and iconic. I also think he was underrated as an actor because he was in great shape and often appeared in action roles. But he could do drama and comedy very well too. A huge loss. RIP.
