    Nice to see I ging and chum ging..most pai mei practitioners just seem to have fast hand techniques without the energys

      Yes. Jik Bo is the first form. 9-Step is the quintessential intermediate public form. Both have identical openings, but 9-Step continues with the next 5 movements presented.

      When I was young styles like Bak Mei and Chen TaiJi were rare and unknown in America. We are lucky to be living in a golden age for CMA.
