@@saberserpent1134 I've grown up practicing Lam Gar Kuen, the art Cheung Lai Chuen learned alongside Lam You Gwai. While I always practiced with ease, my brother and cousins had a tough time relaxing and generating ging!

I actually had a question do you know any websites or anywhere to buy a two handed dao plastic or wood trainer I’ve looked everywhere and can only find one handed ones

Definitely our Hayanuki-Gekiken, but if there's some cutting competitions I may enter one of those. It's my first time, so a lot is going to be learning, helping set-up, help with judging, networking... it's gonna be a 5-day stay.
