    This is REALLY helpful. So much info in one video and it is super great you going over foundational techniques like these. I really needed this boost in instruction, thanks. The 5 strike combo is a great practice to thread together, will definitely try it over and over.

    not lam da, is called boy gim (drawing sword), Lam da is different technique.

      I was taught bui gim as a knife-hand strike.
