    ▪️6-8 Reps (Moderate-Heavy)

    ▪️Swing Set
    ▪️30 Seconds Work
    ⚡️2 Minutes rest between rounds
    Find the perfect tempo for you by connecting your breath with your movement. Exhaling on the effort.
