    Hi Rose, I have a question regarding package III of your on- line kurs: do such movements like this Video are the main Part of the Programm? I am asking, bcs i dont have interest for exercises with pull up bar and suspension rings ( as described in the homepage) and I dont have possibility to install this at home 😊. Thank you.

    Ok that's not make you stringer or more flexibility or better cardio. Maybe it's good for absolutely begginer
