You did a fabulous job creating your watercolor journal. Thanks so much for sharing the process. I’m going to search your channel for updates and flip throughs.
@@scribblesandinkstains I will do! I just made my first watercolour sketchbook yesterday for my traveler's notebook and I am about to take it out of the book press this morning so I am excited for that!😀🎨
Thanks, Emily! I just got back from a weekend trip to Bluffton, South Carolina, and I carried it everywhere with my standard size travelers notebook and wallet. It was great for on the go journaling.
Such a great video! I haven't attempted to do any urban sketching yet, but it's on my list. You're right, the bag is the perfect size! Sometimes I just want a separate bag for my TN/pencil case, that way I can carry it around and drop it off in my car/hotel room when I'm finished or going someplace else (instead of taking things out individually from a bag/backpack). You're so good at making those sketchbooks!!
Thanks so much! That TN bag fits a really unique slot in my systems. Super happy with it. One day I'll have to try stitching leather... but for now I can't be bothered. If I could find 11mm rings, I'd be up for trying to hack a Plotter-style notebook, but the rings are tricky to source. Your cat-themed spreads show you're ready for urban sketching :D.
@@scribblesandinkstains I had no idea what plotter style notebooks looked like, so I just RUclipsd !ruclips.net/video/HtyFFjbesrQ/видео.html It looks awesome, but rings scare me. I feel like with my big hands and pressing hard while I write, that the pages will rip out. I used to use a Filofax for my planning, maybe I'll try some ringed books next. I definitely want to try urban sketching, at least when it's no longer 90 degrees outside :D

Thanks, Marcy--I don't have any flip throughs up YET... Your nice comment might motivate me to do so... but I need more drawings first.
I really enjoyed seeing your traveler's note setup for sketching and your hand-made sketchbook! :)
Thank so much! Let me know if you end up making one 💕💕

@@SquibbleDesign I loved your book press, too! Love your channel! I’ll catch up tonight 😘
Thank you for sharing this!! I’ve seen no one do videos on the bag or pouch, and I need ideas! 😂

I wish I wouldn’t have missed out on this bag.😢
I'm sorry! The Traverler's Company seems to cut it very close in terms of inventory and demand, don't they?

Thanks :)
