Hi Amy! I'm a mom of 6. 17 years old all the way down to 11 years old. I'm a stay at home mom too! I want to say your videos have been a blessing to me! Watching your videos are a part of my routine. I wake up at 5am listen to my bible spend time with God get my kids off to school and then put on one your videos and start cleaning. My mom was sad when her kids moved out. She does miss us, but we all live close to one another. Ever since my husband and I got married in 2021, my mom has been wanting a grandchild. I keep telling her that we will get there on our time. My mom has always told me that "no matter how old I am, I will always need my mom." That is definitely the truth! I hope that you and your family are doing well ☺️❤☀️

☀️ My husband and I were only able to have one child, and I just dreaded it when she went off to college (while also being proud). Now she is a CRNA and my son in law just completed his residency. They have an amazing baby and me and the other grandmother get to take turns helping with our adorable grand baby. Life is even better than before because we have our daughter, our son in law that feels like he is my own son and grand babies. So don’t do what I did and feel sad when they are growing up because the fun never stops. I will say we are blessed that they both wanted to move back close to home, but even if they hadn’t, my husband was ready for us to retire where they were. And you will get double the fun with two kids 😃 And trust me, it doesn’t stop on the cooking and cleaning for your kids when they grow up either. lol I am going to make that chicken taco dinner this week for them, it looked so good!

I am a great-grandma and I will tell you when I look back on my life { I'm 81 } I have no idea where all those years went. Keep making those beautiful memories. One thing I will tell you, is you grew up and got your own lives. This is why it needs to be such a priority to include your parents and your husband's parents in your lives as much as you can. It doesn't matter as much to some people as it does people like you and me. My son's family is in Richmond Hill. My daughter's family is in Austin, Texas. I'm very thankful that my younger son is only 50 miles away. But, I miss my kids every day.
Time flies way too fast. I feel like my two girls were just little! And now I have 4 grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 27!!! Enjoy them while you can! The only saving grace of them growing up is they give you little replicas of themselves! 😂😂. Grandchildren are the very best!! ❤❤

My son is in college and it seems like a lifetime ago that he was little. But I adore this phase also, so fun to see them becoming adults. I am a DDP girl too, I don’t drink coffee so that’s my caffeine. Have a great Mother’s Day ❤️
Your grocery items seem normal for kids and family I can relate to your life style.
My daughter is 18 and fixing to graduate from high school. I'm not ready for her to leave us just yet, but I know she will do great things. I also have a son who is 10, finishing up the 5th grade, and heading to middle school. Two milestones at one time is hitting this mama hard!!
Yes!!! Soffe shorts were all the rage when I was in high school. We had all the colors to go with every outfit!!! Loved them!
I miss my kids being little and at home. Time goes by way too fast. What I wouldn’t give to have that time back.

We are empty nesters and I miss all 3 of my kiddos dearly and it was very hard at firt….but I’m loving it being just me and my husband we have more time to ourselves plus it gives me an excuse to travel to visit them..thanks for another great video

Hi Amy, I'm a couple of days late (better late than not at all) watching. As you know, my back is in terrible pain and having all the CT scans and x-rays and, of course, raising my grandsons and cooking, cleaning all of the things... you know I've been worn out. I love the outfits you got Gracie June, and the one with the shoes you showed is so adorable. I love seeing your daughters outfits since I just have boys. I wouldn't miss your videos for nothing. Love your videos. My boys are grown now (in their 20's) and I do miss their younger days at times, but I love my freedom as well. I have worked full-time out of the house my whole adult life so their childhood felt like it went extra fast. My favorite drink is Zevia Creamy Root Beer. God bless and take care!

My daughter is fifth grade as well and loves the Athletic Works Walmart sports clothes. The length is better than Under Armor that I usually get her. It’s also great clothes for our camping trips or pair a regular tshirt with the shirts and she’s good to go. Thanks for sharing! 🌞☀️

I'm keeping my granddaughter, my daughter is an Elementary school teacher. I help her with laundry and things around the house. She just lives nextdoor. It helps her to spend more time with her little one. Thanks for the Monday motivation ❤

This is random, but my favorite thing to watch is when you make your bed. It's so weird - but I love to see a clean bed get made. I never made my bed growing up and rarely had my kids make their beds, but now as my kids are out of the house, I've recently started making it a priority and it feels great. There's something about putting clean sheets on a bed.
Starting the day with a made bed is the best!
A pub sub and boiled peanuts!! That's like the best thing ever for a beach snack!!!

Our home is on a well water system and for the past 2 1/2 weeks, we didn’t have running water as they were drilling a new well. We finally got water back this past weekend and wow, I’ve never been happier to get caught up on laundry, dishes and household cleaning. I used this experience as a lesson to even take the mundane tasks with gratitude.

One drink I always miss when I’m not home in New Zealand is a fizzy drink (soda) called L&P (lemon and paeroa). Tastes like a lemonade ice block is the best way to explain it
