    Cheese Buchi Recipe Ingredients:
    1 1/4 cup hot water
    3 1/2 cup glutinous flour
    3/4 cup mashed sweet potato
    1/2 cup white sugar
    sliced cheese for fillings
    sesame seeds
    cooking oil for frying
    Cheese Buchi Recipe Procedure:
    In a bowl, pour 1 1/4 cup hot water.
    Then add 1/2 cup white sugar and stir until it dissolved.
    Then gradually add 3 cups glutinous flour and mix well.
    Add 3/4 cup mashed sweet potato and mix well.
    Gradually add 1/2 cup of glutinous flour or rice flour until you reach your desired dough consistency.
    Cover and rest for 15mins.
    After 15mins, scoop 1tbsp of dough and fill it with sliced cheese or any filling of your choice.
    Then roll it into a ball.
    Dip or brush the buchi ball with water and coat it with sesame seeds.
    Repeat the process until the dough is finished.
    Preheat a deep fryer with cooking oil.
    Deep fry the buchi balls in batches and cook them until golden brown.
    Remove them from the fryer and put it in a container with kitchen towel to remove the excess oil.
    Serve hot.
