Microsoft Banned my Xbox Console...AGAIN! So I… just bought another one. Silly decision? Maybe. But I got videos to make. Buying a brand new one from a store is easy. It’s tricky getting a used one considering they are sold by third party vendors. Third party vendors are not always available. And I needed to buy a new Xbox Series X from a person ASAP. It’s also great knowing your money is not gonna directly contribute to Microsoft, considering they just issue device bans left and right. Getting a used Xbox Series X was a challenge. Especially when Microsoft bans your Xbox unexpectedly.
On Sunday, I got on my Xbox, and realized I received an Xbox Series X Console Ban which is the highest form of an insult by Microsoft or our good friends at Xbox Enforcement. Upon seeing this, I put all my videos to rest, and decided to just make a video about the Xbox Console Ban. I appealed this after so much digging through emails but to no avail, they did not grant the appeal. At the same time, I went on OfferUp. Like the last Xbox Console Ban, I went on OfferUp to find a used Xbox Series X for sale. I found one for sale for $300 which was THE ONE. I needed THIS Xbox Series X before anyone else managed to snatch it up.
I made a quick video about my banned Xbox Series X, then through into my trash can. Next time, I started to chat with the seller who was selling a used Xbox Series X for $300. Shout out to Esme for the great deal! It definitely beats buying a brand new one from a store, giving Microsoft a cut of the money. We set up an exchange point, and I drove to pick up the Xbox. If you’re making videos, getting an Xbox as soon as possible is ideal. I was clearly in a hurry. I wanted an unbanned Xbox console that same day AND I wanted to be the first one to take up that deal. I guess the universe aligned everything and put me in this place to take this beautiful offer. An Xbox Series X for $300? Yes please! Take this L, Microsoft!

There's still one way you can play online but it's not effective if the other end doesn't know how to play the game. You can remote play from your home PC. Then from the PC end. Run the client software called Parsec. Parsec will display your game on random computers world wide. If someone likes the game your playing, they'll join your hosting session. Parsec is only good if users know how to play your game. The hosting Parsec used to be called Parsec arcade. I think it's now called Parsec Sessions.
Should be illegal for Microsoft to do that if its not jailbreaking the console...

It should be, there has been different bills that have almost gone through about game corperations should be given a reason why anyone was to get banned. Playstation does! But not xbox.

@@HULKSMASHYOU32 xbox does give you reasons why you were banned, it's on your Xbox enforcement page. This is a console ban, and Sony doesn't state why a console is banned either, completely different situations - essentially they are blocking your network from establishing a connection to their servers which is completely legal, as this console is only a brick in terms of connectivity. Technically, this console should still work in dev mode
I’ve had an Xbox for years, not once did I get banned or suspended for anything. But I feel for those who have.

@@FBI_42069 wrong. There have been cases of people who got their accounts suspended or banned for either no reason or for an absolutely ridiculous reason. Especially back in the 360 era. Unfortunately, most videos that have listed them were either removed from RUclips or deleted by RUclips’s terrible algorithms.
There’s one case where this kid and this was on the news BTW, this kid who I believe had a mental disorder, and he absolutely loves video games,and apparently had earned thousands of achievements. Then somewhere down that line, that kid’s account was completely wiped clean, and was labeled as a cheater, for no reason other than having thousands of achievements. This was on the news, you can probably look it up here on RUclips.

I haven’t watched any other content on this channel so I’m not sure what the whole story is, but a console doesn’t get banned for no reason. I’ve had friends who’ve gotten multiple live bans for toxic behavior and other reasons and not once did their consoles get banned.
I can say with confidence that whatever this dude is doing to get banned on Xbox will get him banned on PSN. So maybe he needs to do something different.
We’re all human, I’ve been heated and said things I regret. The temp bans were mostly justified despite the few instances where where people somehow got me banned for simply winning a match. Still, the fact that he’s been banned multiple times tells these bans are probably justified
I recently stumbled upon your channel when just the other day I received my first Xbox suspension for trying to change my gamerpic to an artwork I commissioned, the artwork wasn't even NSFW or inappropriate at all and they still suspended me and didn't provide a reason or even an option to appeal which infuriated me.
I've never had something like this happen to me in all my years of playing Xbox and i'm just disappointed by how unprofessional they were about the whole thing.
They once banned my gamerpic that read “KnifingActivity.” After appealing it, I made a video, and they banned me. The whole team is corrupt.

Could argue a HWID ban is close enough to that. Most anti cheats support it and while it’s not a complete ban from everything - given so many games use things like EAC, it’s pretty close.
You can spoof most serials though like you could spoof your CPU key on the 360 so it’s limited to certain ACs and a pain to maintain a working spoofer.
I think it should be against the law for console wide bans. It feels like its nothing over than a quick money grab, as lets be honest, your just going to buy another console, and it basically just prevents it from ever being sold.

Do you have a video covering these cheats on consol, every time i bring up that cheats have been on consol since the 360 dont believe me or they cheat them selfs, i know theres a thing about USBing.
The only time I’ve ever had a console be banned was a Wii U, where I actually hacked on Splatoon. I got it banned twice, but I simply incremented the serial number in an internal settings file to unban it. Yep. That was it. Ban enforcement on the Wii U was a joke for the exact opposite reason as the Xbox.

I remember being banned a few days before my birthday because some halfwit was modding in a BO2 game. Yea, I was the one who got banned. I appealed and showed proof but they said they would uphold the suspension. Fuck XBLE.
This is why I left xbox; I now play on PC. I stopped playing after the Xbox One S was released in the 2010s.

It’s not just me. A lot of players out there get banned for nothing. I only found out a year ago that the enforcement has a quota to meet, which explains the bans.

It depends if they ban your account too. If they ban your account, you can only use it offline.
By the way, you are doing something that warrants console bans, and you keep recording and uploading yourself doing it. If you go to the Terms Of Service, it states that using another account or console to cercumvent a account/console ban is against the Terms Of Service and breaks their EULA that you signed when you create an account. I am not picking a side, just pointing out that you are 100% breaking the rules, and the more I keep listening to you talk and complain about it, the more I keep thinking about this more and more.
Yeah I remember reading that when making my account. If someone does anything to result in a console ban then any account one that console would be flagged and result in console ban on a new console.

I'm sorry, but I feel like a PC would be a worthwhile investment seeing as you've gone through 4 Xbox console bans from what I can tell on your RUclips page. Windows supports Xbox controllers natively and most games on Steam have some form of controller support. Plus you don't have to deal with stupid Xbox "enforcement" breathing down your neck 24/7. I don't know how you record videos exactly on Xbox, but you can record videos pretty easily with OBS or Medal from what I've heard. You even get Xbox exclusives on Windows so I really don't see the point in sticking to Xbox.
On PlayStation console bans don't seem to be such a problem. More account bans. I got 3 psn accounts perma banned and my console still good. It's my fault anyway so cheers. Xbox enforcement sucks.

one thing that MIGHT be possible to do is to replace the NVME SSD in the xbox series x/s or the HDD (hard rive) in older xbox models, you can get a 1tb hard drive for like 30 bucks and a 1 tb nvme on amazon for like 60 bucks, but i have no idea, this is just a guess

@flamtam3985 yeah I had my account now going on 13 years and yet had any issues not even a suspension. This is one of the reasons why I continue to buy physical disk though just in case I ever lose my account for any reason I won’t have to repurchase every single game how much longer physical disk will last god only knows.

I think the general rule is after 3 accounts, it’s a console ban. I heard about console bans for first time offenses but that never happened to me.

I don’t have a developer’s kit. Even if I managed to get one, Microsoft would ban it since I’m not an employee.
@@sacramentoloveanyone can get dev mode by simply buying a dev account straight from microsoft. though it is limited you can’t play retail games through it and it’s impossible to install another os through it
