My First Xbox Ban (I Deserved It). It was too excessive though. This ban was placed on my Xbox account in June of 2010. The nostalgic days of the Xbox 360 when most of us were either playing Halo or MW2 day and night.I was playing World at War, Modern Warrfare 2, and Beatles Rock Band in those early days and I never got bored. Video games back then were so much fun. During a random game on MW2, I called 2 players out for something. I don't remember if they were boosting or doing something stupid on the game, so when I talked to them about it, they got annoyed. I called them out in my bio but Xbox Enforcement banned me instead. I deserved it though.
I don't remember if it was FFA, TDM, or whatever. But on MW2, these two players were doing something. I think it was cheating in some way but I really don't remember. Upon confronting them, they obviously didn't take me seriously, and called me the N word. Not the hard R one but still, it was one of those racial slurs. It was MW2 so this was "normal" in game chat. MW2 game chat was insane back then since not a lot of security or voice policies were placed back then. I talked about the two players on my bio on my Xbox account. It was basically letting people know they're racist and they should file complaints on them. I also had Microsoft Points, so I was willing to give those away to anyone that filed a complaint on their gamertags. I also used the F word which was absolutely dumb and immature on my part.
The Xbox Live Enforcement Team banned me for 29 or 30 days on June 24, 2010. The next morning on June 25, I created another gamertag called WeCanWorkItOut. After the Xbox Ban was lifted off of my other Xbox Account, I gave the WeCanWorkItOut account to someone else as I didn't need it anymore. I definitely deserved the Xbox Ban. I was at fault, and it wouldn't happen if I just filed a complaint and didn't put them in my bio. Lesson learned, I deserved it. But a month long suspension was very excessive in my opinion. Firstly, this was my first ever ban on Xbox. They either should've gave me a warning or a 2-3 day Xbox ban. Secondly, I was a dumb kid that didn't know any better. I didn't know what I did was that bad and I never had a history of any Xbox Enforcement on my Xbox Account. But this ban was special to me and I can't believe tthat I'm saying this, but I am grateful Microsoft banned this account. If it wasn't for the ban, the WeCanWorkItOut account would've never been made. Thanks, Xbox Enforcement!

The amount of spam messages I’ve received since you’ve posted this video is insane. To clear things up a bit, I’ve never cheated on any cod game nor boosted. I’ve never been a racist or made any racist remarks online. I hate that you felt the need to put what you did in your bio but again, I didn’t make you do that either. I’m sorry your account was banned but I feel I had nothing to do with it and at that time it had to of been someone else in that lobby. I really do wish you the best.

Blocking the person usually resolves the issue.
Imagine buying 70 dollar games over the span of like 10 years, your an original Xbox 360 player, and you just get banned and lose all of that because you got spam reported, defended yourself from scammers or called out someone doing something not allowed on xbox. This is why Xbox was the least bought console when the next generation consoles came out.
