You can even make your own vanilla extract by soaking vanilla beans in vodka or another neutral-flavored liquor by scraping the seeds into the container with your spirit of choice. It takes about two months for the extract to mature.

I'm pretty sure they just lined the plate with the candy and the cat ate regular cat food. The candy is piled high in front of the cat. They didn't show the cat until what it was eating was already gone, but you can see a tiny scrap of it @ 9:39. Can easily see that it's not candy corn as it was just a joke.

My father is way against sugar. As sweet as he can consume is chocolate and fruits but not together. Not even stuff from Edible Arrangements (currently just Edible). He can't consume anything sweeter than that. I can. And I'm brave and strong about the sweet food! I LOVE IT!

I've never seen an oil based vanilla extract. All of the brands I've ever seen use alcohol.
