Dude how do you get that lead tone? Certain over drives or just a good amp??

I use a Kemper Profiler, and it has built in effects. I pretty much maxed out the "flutter" option and sent it into a dirty amp with an overdrive behind it.
I'm actually not sure how you would achieve this type of sound with other gear, other than what Michael Pope actually uses.
