    It's a fuckin CRIME that this young lady only has 11k subscribers. Very well done, explained, presented, produced etc. Meanwhile, there's a channel out there that just has a guy posting one video per day of his dog taking a dump (or some other random shit) that has a million plus subscribers.

    I really love how it loops and you can go through and try things as you add them while hearing how the pattern starts to evolve. The switching of drum types while it was playing was great and it sounds like real drums. Nice groove you had by the end with effects.

    Really grateful I came across this. Long time Studio One user and I too lack in the click drum building process. Naa.. I suck at it. For years I've used my trusty Singular Sound Beat Buddy, but I bought EZ drummer 3 hoping I could find more realistic playing. Glad I found this tutorial. I'm off and running trying to put together a beat for some new tunes

    Thanks so much for the straightforward demonstration, Emily. I'm also very new to drum programming and this tutorial is persuading me to purchase EZ drummer. Studio One's Impact drum software is okay, but EZ drummer sounds much more realistic and classic to my ear. I dig the groove you made. Keep it up!

      Unfortunately you need pro to use plug-ins with studio one which is a big drag. But there may be a work around.

      You can buy an upgrade that allows you to use your own plug ins with artist. At least thats what i did, its kind of hard to find but its in presonus' websight as vst upgrade...

    Hi Emily....That is one intense program. There is a lot going on there. You seemed to have mastered getting around fairly quickly. Totally understand you about your drumming skills. For me, I'll do you one better, I suck wind at drumming. I find it tedious, time consuming, and boring. Not my instrument. I do have great respect for drummers, I really appreciate them. I use to muddle my way step programming on a Roland TR-707, but that died on me. I'm liking this Bandmate feature, I'm seriously considering it.. Just curious, are you running Studio One on a Apple or a PC? Thanks for product demo, good job! Take Care...Stay safe...

      @@GetOffset Thanks for that info. I have Studio One running on a Mac Mini, benefit is, it's quiet, real quiet, great for a Studio. However, I'm not proficient with Mac OS. In another lifetime I was a Microsoft Trainer, so no problem in a Windows environment. Take care..Look forward to your future videos.

    • @GetOffset
      @GetOffset  Год назад

      @@V081WLBlue I was told some MIDI keyboards don't play super nice with EZ drummer, so my guess is-if that's correct-it could be that the MIDI keyboard isn't compatible. But I really don't know if that's the case and would be a little surprised.
