Important note:
It was confirmed in breaking bad that Hector had a grandson, which proves that he had children of his own, and he was the one shown in a family photo of him with his nephews. That lesson he taught to the cousins is the most important. The brother who wished his brother dead, now has to save him and immediately regrets wishing that.
