i have been using the beanie hack for the past year and it amazing if u wanna achieve a more straighter hair, i have wavy hair with alot of volume, as soon as i wake up a put a bit of water on my hair not alot so it drys faster i put the beanie and go do whatever i gotta do in the morning, when im about to leave home i apply the pomade and the hair stays in place all day
That hat one i figured out because i wear beanies in the winter and i shower in the mornings before i leave for work. So i throw my beanie on before work with my hair laying however i want it to lay.
I've been doing it all my life so here's some tips: Use a leave in conditioner, then slick your hair to the back or (if you want it straight) do it sideways, and put on the beanie,go to sleep on the side where you didn't slick your hair to. Wake up and voila! I use it every couple of days it's way better than heat methods.
I have to wear a hat for work and I've found that when I'm done my hair is really soft when I take my hat off. It might be a little bit flat but the smoothness is unreal!
Hey blu maan!,ive been trying to find a really good shampoo and conditioner for wavy hair, could you do a shampoo and conditioners video ?if you could do drug store brands that would be amazing!😭im on a very tight budget
Thanks for this video! This was 'real life' vs. what we might normally see in a hair styling video, and I appreciate that. All the hacks are great, but like you I would not do the hairspray one. Hacks 1,2, 4 and 5 are easily done in 'real life' and are effective for the situation. Great work, BluMaan!!!
I usually get really weird, all over the place hair when I wear a beanie, but with a snapback and lightly blowdried hair (because I hate running around with damp hair) I get some super flat hair, even flatter than what you had in the video. When blowdrying I get at least like 4-5 centimeters of unavoidable volume and with the hat it's basically flat on my head, so go give it a try
For the hat trick a good idea is to wear the hat to bead and don’t put the product on till the Morning. I used to do it in school because I would get up 10 minutes before I left the house. Worked a charm saved my life 🙃
EM8 G4MING i have the same as you. This is what I do. Start with mousse and blow dry with a brush. Then apply ur product. I use small amounts of clay. Like half a finger tip and if I need more only then I use more. Then if u want it to stay the whole day use hairspray but if ur product is very high hold then u won’t have to.
Joe:I just washed my hair and this is what my hair look like without any product... I just have some original by blumaan, I jave the huanz de fuko sand, I just have some clay, I just have some serum in my hair and thats it!!!
I've been using baby powder to get rid of oil for like a decade almost. It's the best option for me that I have been able to find. My hair is a little fine and prone to oiliness, but this does work for me. Over the dry shampoo I have tried. But also, the baby powder sometimes makes my hair look better on the second day than when I styled it the first day.
just an advise : try putting some sirum on your hair .. brush it forward or to the side that your hair goes to then put the bonnet for better results .. coz brushing it to the back is gonna make it wavy
The beanie method works very well when your sides are very short and your top part of the hair is the only area you have to style. It is a bit harder when u have longer sides because they get messy with the beanie but if you have product to fix the sides, it's a great method to style a slick back loook
I can guarantee that the beani thing actually works. My hair is kinda curly and very hard to handle for some styles. What I do is wear the beani on my way to work (it is a 45 min trip on car) and put it away once arrived. My hair becomes softer and the curliness disappears.
Hey have already optimized the beanie hat for years now, it's way quicker if you put the hat on when your hair is almost dry. Also if you put your hair to one side instead of completely back you can get crazy volume with it. I do all of this before using any wax btw Hope it helps you all ;)
Johnson & Johnson has been ordered to pay $4.7bn (£3.6bn) in damages to 22 women who alleged that its talc products caused them to develop ovarian cancer. A jury in the US state of Missouri initially awarded $550m in compensation and added $4.1bn in punitive damages. The verdict comes as the pharmaceutical giant battles some 9,000 legal cases involving its signature baby powder. J&J said it was "deeply disappointed" and plans to appeal. In the six-week trial, the women and their families said they developed ovarian cancer after using baby powder and other talc products for decades. Of the 22 women represented in this case, six have died from ovarian cancer. Their lawyers alleged the company knew its talc was contaminated with asbestos since the 1970s but failed to warn consumers about the risks. 'Unfair process' Talc is a mineral and can sometimes be found in the ground in close proximity to asbestos.
I have done the baby powder hair hack for agggges... Here is another hack for you guys regarding baby powder. On a hot day, carry a little bit of baby powder and slap it on your face to remove facial shine from sweat and oils. I have used this trick for photography for ages as hot spots on a model's face can easily spoil a photo.
So I take shower at night and then put some conditioner and throw on my beanie, once I wake up it's all good just wash my face, brush, shave and throw some pomade on and I'm done
I don't have baby powder, does cocaine work though?
High Ground only if it’s pure enough, otherwise it’s makes your hair sticky

I've always used the hat method and it always works every time
