Toe is a compliment to the Camber/Caster. Depending on the style of suspension and total droop/compression or axles, should be a large indicator of where you should be close to. This is key to understanding drifting/rally as well as creating more stability in shorter wheelbases.
For instance, in my standard tunes for most cars when tuned for Racing Tires Front is +10 and Rear is -20. But I'm also using around 25mm off bottom stop for ride height with a Gr4-esque dampening and 3.5 camber. Give a very strong mechanical grip and stability. Just gotta be calculating on the spring rate for weight and balance.

There is an option under custom race which states something like ‘constant conditions’ which removes any variables from the race.
