I headed down to the Silverstone Festival in the BG Giveaways VW Jetta to have a look at the range of classic and race cars on display at the show. Whilst there, I heard rumour that Clarkson would be bringing something special to the show, but later was surprised to see something very unexpected!

This is why I love your channel Adam, you showcase everything. A lot of people would have skipped over the Commodore, and would not have gone into detail about the TVR's. Keep it up 💪🏻

I absolutely love the car culture over there. Around me is just a bunch of snobs with Corvettes.
As for ciders I prefer Dicken's. Nothing like hanging out with my Dicken's Cider after work... Lol

Lovely to see on the channel a car meet that is fully and properly, officially organised by people whose job it is to fully and properly, officially organise meets, instead of just rocking up at a random supermarket car park and modified Saxo’s doing donuts. I would be in heaven among those racing cars and suorcars. I would do anything to go.

@@AdamC3046And I’m sure you it is. Huge national car shows are ideal for RUclipsrs like your good self. Car fans and people who love to document them. Despite everything I believe I am a petrol head. I have explained all the super cars I’ve done on track days. My dream car is the MX5. But unfortunately what draws me to the channel is the few films where you go to things like the Reading Japanese car meeting. I think it’s because owning the car I do (It’s only a 14’ reg 1.0 EcoBoost (or as I call it TurboBoost) Fiesta) I feel I get picked on and bullied, harassed and harangued, constantly by people in faster and more powerful, bigger cars. I think I must see for myself the people responsible for me being so scared and intimidated. It’s not just modified cars. It’s big saloons like the 3 Series and A4, SUVs and pickup trucks like the L200 and Navarra who seem to have it in for the little guy on the road like me.

The Tamora conversion is so cool, I remember seeing one a few years ago and being confused. Damn sight better than an actual Tamora though. God I wish my dad still had his Cerbera, Griff and Chimera

I remember the R/S 200’s being built at Reliant (yes, Del Boys preferred make of car😂) in Tamworth, we used to climb over the perimeter fence to look at them 😂

Adam C's top five ciders? I paid £7 a pint for Clarkson's lager brew at the midland game fair this year. It was a solid 6/10, so probably 100% more expensive than it should have been 😂

I've seen this exact MK2 GT40 Replica myself in real life and found out that the company that built that exact car is the same company that built the replicas of the GT40s from the Film Ford v Ferrari
Watch madman also a genius at Ferrari thought it would be a good idea to stick a V 12 in something that weighs as little as a F40 even so it’s definitely star of the show for sure absolutely stunning

clarkson he wasn't in the video some aston's and some tvr's werer cool even thoses s200's that holden vxr8 ute the nascars gt40 and that alfa mx5 and 3 f40s are cool even that 288 gto maserati z3 mx5 z3 250 tr6 and the healeys are sick jermey would love some of those cars even the rs200

That “F40” is NOT a genuine F40 it’s a Simpson Ferrari GTR…. Most had a bmw 3.2 straight 6 but earlier copies had a Ferrari 550 v12 fitted .. it’s a copy not a real F40 built by Ferrari . Simpson f40 are aloud to compete in racing .. just like new built GT40 mk1’s (former JD classics used one)

So, at what age does a car become a classic in the UK? HMRC considers a classic car to be at least 15 years old,
with a market value greater than the list price, technically under rules 😂😂 they class a car over 40 years old a historic car which is tax and mot exempt lol
