He could Sir Dave Richards the then Wednesday chairman for being so loyal. As soon as he left to be chairman of the Premier League Wilson was on borrowed time and a loss to Watford meant the end of the road.

That 3rd goal was epic! loved that game
I remembered the third goal well, but not Andy Thompson's, clearly he was practicing for THE most important goal in the club's history
