+Abul Musaik Hi, I think the technique might vary from tassel to tassel depending on its size and construction method. We have some small premade tassels here, I will see what I can work on. Thank you for the suggestion.

It's a waste of money. You can wrap thread or cord around just about anything to make a tassel.
