I really like the grass shortcut at the end because a few years ago, when I was playing my first online match, it was the final lap and I was in, like, 5th place or something and about to lose the race. But I happen to have a mushroom and boosted through that shortcut and got 1st place! 🥇
You can take the ramp, then do a left hop when you touch the second patch of grass to jump straight over it (I posted it on teitter and will probably post it on youtube sometime too)
I think the last grass area is so fun shroomless. I'm not great at some shortcats nor different kinds of tricks for drifting but I think you can just hop right before the grass and you should gain some height to skip most of it! Idk how much slower it may be compared to the mini turbo but it feels so cool with the height involved I suck at explaining so hopefully it all made some sense. Recap: jump over the grass on the left and not drift with a mini turbo for shroomless, still good if I can remember it well
