After the last couple of episodes I never imagined I'd be rooting for Phineas. Cut to me in my car yelling "LET's GO" like he's my bro hitting a bench PR. Unreal start to the new season
I’m rooting for Phineas to realize that he’s been brainwashed and duped by the Trust and join Lark and Zela and Saskia in rebelling against the Trust. From my perspective, Phineas is like a child slave/soldier who’s been enslaved by the trust, probably because of something his family did years ago or something. He’s been told if he’s good enough, he’ll earn his way out and the manipulation they’re doing to make sure that doesn’t happen is turning him into the abuser. Speechless. More than any other episode thus far this episode dug it's claws in and dragged me into the story. I don't think I blinked for a solid few minutes, just starting at the visuals and feeling the existential dread and determination presented by Phineas.
This was everything I hoped it would be. I love how they interrupt each other and how the smallest details become relevant later. Makes you want to re-watch every episode which is of course what I do. Well done!

Wow. I was on tenterhooks throughout that episode. My hand clamped over my mouth not wishing to miss a moment. What an opening episode to season two. Thank you ❤
I have to admit I have an addiciton. The immediate feeling of frustration and outrage I felt knowing I'd only get 20 minutes of the good stuff for episode one isn't normal. Gonna save this season up for a big binge methinks.
Had a feeling that's who was hardcore enough to beat Phineas to the mail car. I don't know whose luck is worse in this meeting, assuming she doesn't just waste him on principle
Whoof what a re-entry to the series and such an intense way to start off season 2. Phineas sliding down his literal last lifeline dangling above the black void is very gripping. Hope they have some bright lightbulbs down there. Goddamn I just finished the episode. God damn.

Hey, that's what I was thinking! 😀
