1.25 “All seasoned purposing”! Proper laughed out loud!
Hello mate. You know me keep it real lmao
Well done for supporting Chris today mate!
It looks like Chris has deleted his RUclips channel 😞 All because of that bitter, jealous miserable twat 😡 Hope he comes back 🤞
Always mate. Thank you
Nice to see ya promoting good old Chris the butcher hes a top bloke ,like yourself mate 👏👌👍 good job done 👊
Thank you mate. Will always support Chris
Hello! Jamaican here, VERY GOOD JOB! It was hot because you used hot curry powder. You don’t have to, especially as you used the scotch bonnet pepper (which gives high heat and flavour) also. I think I might make this for dinner tonight yum!
Looks great fella! Especially love the “all season purposing”. Unique… loving the ctb shirt also. Send him some love.
Thank you mate. Always support Chris
He always gets his words wrong.. That's why so funny
One chopped onion diced 🧅😂😂😂absolutely love it.
lmao mate
Fantastic as usual! And a nice touch supporting team Chris, well done 👍
Thank you Ash. Will always support Chris
I’m cryin😂😂😂😂😂😂, go easy with the scotch bonnet it’s Lethal😂😂. You can just add slices of it rather than the whole thing, quick tip lose the gravy powder you don’t need it, and just before you brown the chicken add a tad more oil, and put some curry powder in the oil, let it bubble a bit then add your chicken. If that’s a first attempt though you did good mate
Just following he recipe mate lmao.
I bet that was so good. Plantains are so dense and starchy they can almost be used like a cut up potato. I’m not fussy on them but used a lot in the Caribbean. I love the t shirt and show of support👍🏼❤️
Thank you Brenda
How many you tubers advertise, support other fellow you tubers.. erm not many. Thats why a love this bloke . Fair, friendly, happy sound and tells it how it is . Keep em coming keith mate 👌🏻😎
This looked delicious Keith, especially the chicken, great to see you surrporting chris the butcher to, 😊
Always support Chris Poppie. Thank you
@@OldFoodGuy💯 percent respects to you keith, 👍🙂
🤣🤣🤣I watched all the video before I realised you had a Chris the butcher t-shirt on brilliant video from BIGMICK IN HULL 👍
lmao Mate. Thank you
You could rinse the kidney beans in water which is what I do when making chilli and they are cleaner and there weren't any peas.
No peas in this recipe mate, but thanks
Just add tumeric if you want it yellow. They use carribean curry powder which will have a lot more tumeric in it that the one you used.
That's what i thought mate
The best days are fakeaway weds! delicious food and you have a laugh along the way brilliant 👍
Glad you like them Celestrial
Nice to see you representing Team CTB mate, always enjoy the Fakeaway Wednesdays
Looks like Chris has deleted his RUclips channel 😞 all because of that bitter, twisted person called pondering Marc 😡 I hope Chris comes back 🤞

He will be back mate.
@@OldFoodGuy Hope so because he's been through the wringer the poor bloke 😞

Looks delicious, I never had plantain and I really like how you try it’s of food you have never had before.
Thank you L Daniels
When I cook Caribbean I normally cook with carrots. Organic carrots if possible. The carrots give a nice sweetness to the curry. I also put tinned tomatoes in and The aroma when cooking is amazing. I am never shy with the spices.and make sure their is plenty of paprika and Caribbean curry powder that you can get in the Indian shop or supermarkets. Also Jamaican fried dumplings yam and breadfruit are delicious with the curry
You're such a down to earth chap and I for one love you're content
Thank you so much Ayeseeu
Yet another good man I watch on your t shirt looking forward to this video and nat taste in it

The curry looked great 👍 well done. Godbless you 🙏🏻
The colour difference with yours and the original is most likely due to how long its marinaded. I love jamaican food btw, that looks like a decent attempt.
Cheers mate

I've naver seen anyone put vinegar in coleslaw and your ment to great cabbage and correct and plantain is not 30p anymore

Keith your so funny 😁 your reaction to the food haha
Thanks Nat lol
I've had rice and peas when I worked on the Buses and the rice was never hot did the scotch bonnet break ? 😂 but that looked lovely though and seemed easy enough to prepare.
I think it was the sauce that went under the rice that made it hot mate. Thanks
Thanks
Thank you so much Maureen
Been waiting for this 👍🏻
Glad you liked it mate
Great review looks very nice
Keith, please tell me you rinsed the beans first. Your meant to rinse and drain them I would have cooked them separately, then added them to the rice but other than that it looked nice
No mate. the recipe calls for all the juices from the tin.
@OldFoodGuy hey Keith that's why the rice was a bit gloomy then pal the juice contains lots of starch and sodium for your future endeavours love too you and yours tour channel is 👍
That looks absolutely delicious, and I want to salute you for definitely cooking out of your comfort zone. Feel the fear but do it anyway hahaha Some of the best food I ever had in my life was in Jamaica and I still crave it.
Thanks to your vid making me so hungry, I am now making curry, rice n peas and coleslaw tomorrow. Love your channel :)
Welldone looks ace I'm with nat hate the black beans
Thanks Lindsey
Your rice is spicy because of the scotch bonnet
Yep

She is working on something for a video Nat.
Looks delicious OFG, where do you get the plantains from, was it the new shop in the precinct in Lichfield? Nat makes me laugh 😂 xxx
Yes San, about 30p each
Drink milk, Keith, to neutralise the heat.
You're very adventurous in the kitchen!
Currygoat next?
Thanks Val
The worng all purpose seasoning for one nah who ever you got that from don't put mixed specs in chicken curry and your ment to leave it for 2hr or overnight no gravey in chicken curry 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ and tesco curry powder as well omg you need more all purpose seasoning then that nice try but you got more to learn mate
Nellz you haven't got a clue
That is not how you make coleslaw 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
I think the lady who lives in the Caribbean knows how to make a curry nellz, that's is where the recipe is from
Looks amazing, I've saved this video
Hope you enjoy it. Thanks
Don't think you were being completely honest but it's all to do with trial and error well done 👏
