Omg yes! I don't usually spend more rhsn 30ish on 1 product, except an occasional eye shadow pallete/foundation. I literally RAN out and happily spent $30+ on items he gas recommended and I'm ALWAYS happy!! That being said, I'm mostly an elf/maybelline/NYX/colour pop girly.
So former sephora employee here. The amount of returned Dysons was ridiculous. No one is talking about the e waste of this device with every return.
Former ulta employee and can ABSOLUTELY CONFIRM the cardboard bin of essence mascaras scattered about the store 😂🙃
I went to MAC wearing Sephora lip tint and was complimented on it by the sales girl. She was hoping to encourage me to buy more MAC but ended up doing the opposite. Sephora lip products are gorgeous and high quality

Ohh, my mom used to be a district manager for Sephora in our country way back in the day, and one day someone was changing a few things jn the store, and they had these huge perfume displays that were just for decoration, so inside it used to be water, but for some reason Chanel decided to fill those huge ass displays with real Chanel nr5. It felt on top of my mom, and Jesus Christ's the smell was insane. She went to pick me up at school smelling like she could kill anything just by standing next to them. It was horrible and the smell just left the car after 5 months. After that both of us cannot even stand the minimal smell of that goddamn perfume
So funny that you guys brought up True Blood - I was a HUGE fan of the books and I just recently rewatched the whole series 🤣 the books are definitely worth reading, but the chemistry of the cast was just so on point.

As a 47 year old woman I LOVE the Maybelline 4 in 1. It’s gorgeous alone on mature ladies like me but like Johnny said it’s beautiful under a tinted moisturiser or a foundation. It just gives a really pretty blur and glow

I used to be a Personal Consultant for Clinique and I worked in North and South Carolina at Belk, Dillard’s, Macy’s, Southern Woman’s Show and Southern Christmas show back in 2016-2019 era. Believe it or not, Black Honey sold at every location, every time I worked and the people buying it have been wearing it for YEARS! The most returned Clinique product was their eyeshadows. 😂 I had the MOST fun working for them!

You guys didn't learn the basics of how to dilute or dissipate fragrance when you spill or spray too much? And you both worked at Sephora? IT'S CALLED RUBBING ALCOHOL! Just spray or swipe some diluted rubbing alcohol on (dilute it about 50% with plain water) and do a fast walk around to help it dry. If anyone asks what your scent is, call it a pheromone solution! And hope you're not wearing silk! Love your team up, and Kevin, you were born to be that shade of blonde!
i really think selena spent so much time putting effort into rare beauty for such similar reasons to gaga, they both have chronic pain of auto immune disorders (i do too) and i think selena really keeps affordability in mind for the same reason gaga trys to, selena grew up in lower income situations and has a half sibling whos only a teenager. oh please interview selena that would be everything she loves to talk about how she made rare beauty an acessibly brand for people with chronic pain, its even in her packaging

I am one of those who actually likes the airwrap. But it’s 100% because I have alopecia, wear wigs, and I style them on a tripod blockhead. I usually reach for it when I want the blow out curl look. Always do the cool shot. When I want something more curling-iron-look I reach for my Chi Spin and Curl. I have never been good at using regular curling irons because I had wrist surgery.

I had the Clinique Black Honey. I actually just donated two of them since they keep coming in promo bags. It was the first "lipstick" my mom let me wear and I SLATHERED that stuff on just because I was excited to wear anything. It had no real color and just felt slick and weird but my friends were still jealous?? The 2000s we're WILD.

First off, I love the show! I feel like I’m chit chatting with friends about makeup. But most importantly, THANK YOU for your recommendations. The NYX serum concealer has become my holy grail. As of 3 weeks ago I bought the Estée Lauder advanced night repair serum and eye cream and OMG. The milia under my eyes as gone down significantly and the redness of my skin is very noticeably decreased! I never believed in Estée Lauder’s skincare, but now I’m a believer. Thank you for helping our skin!!!

I like my Dyson,I find it faster than blow drying and then styling, and the new attachment means you don’t have to change curling wands for each side. But it is expensive, but to buy a good straightener, hair dryer and curling wand is more.

I love this blonde colour on kevin. You two, rawbeautykristie, welsh twins are the only beauty youtubers i trust with product recommendations, but also find entertaining. These pods are like having a good convo with friends, and i would love to have friends like you, i rarely like people, and even rarer i like people enough to have in my life by choice.
Also not to sexualise Jonny, and i know he is a married man, he is my online crush. There is a short of him not knowing what 'losing gay virginity' was and his face was really cute (and hot to to me) 😂.

Part of me wonders if the makeup companies come out with foundation/concealer around this time of year is because 1, people are sunburnt to hell/darker after being outside all summer and 2, teenagers going back to school may have some acne from puberty or not taking care of their skin during the summer from sweat, sunburn, etc. Just a thought!
