Most people know Makeup Revolution is a dupe brand, but I always have issues with their products irritating my sensitive skin (and some of them smell like paint) not to mention that they don't work really well. Then ELF came in all sneakily and dominated the dupe game. I tend to prefer using high end on most products because they are less irritating to my skin, but ELF has some products I can handle and that work great, and I'm not mad about it at all. I love to save a buck if my skin allows!

My Elf Lash and Roll mascara just came in today! I was so excited that they offer a brown shade.... where the Essence Lash Princess only comes in black. The Elf Halo Glow powder is my absolute favorite for the face. I have mature skin, but I use a very small amount of it. So I don't have any issues with it. Or maybe my skin just likes it better! I rarely buy high end products anymore because the drugstore has such high quality products now!🤩
I have mature skin too and I just recently purchased the Elf Halo glow thanks to my SIL, and it is my new favorite too! Mine has different packaging than the one Kelly used, so maybe they changed something.

These high end products are so dang expensive it deters me from wanting to buy anymore.. unless they work wonders. Trying a service like Ipsy that gives sample sizes has been helpful and more affordable.
I actually got the Tarte Shape tape in a color that was too light and I got the Elf Camo concealer so I figured to try them together and they actually turn into the perfect color for me. Thankfully I just decided to try it and it worked so I didn’t waste or lose out in either one. OMGosh thank you for turning me on to the Elf Lash n Roll I love Roller Lash but recently I have been trying to cut back on how much I spend on my cosmetics while still getting quality items, I’m literally going to order this once I’m done watching.
I would really like to see you come back at the end of the day, compare the two sides, let us see the good/bad after a proper wear, and a look at it in sunlight outside...👍👍

Just a heads up!! The Charlotte Tilbury tubes have a lock for the tube at the applicator! I’m almost 100% sure you twist the tip closed. Then, put the lid on. ❤🤷🏼♀️
Oh pretty lady! I really like this one! I use the Elf primer and Urban Decay setting spray for sure when I wear makeup. I really like the Elf finished look better. The $6 mascara is GORGEOUS! Thank you for showing some of the Elf products I've been wondering about!
When it comes to spf, you hit a ceiling of how much spf is actually working around 50 or so. There’s no such thing as 100 or 110 spf. Anything past 50 is just marketing. The importance of spf is to reapply!
just a tip cus idk if you did this, but primer will cause the sunscreen to pill like the milk did if you don't let the sunscreen set for a few minutes(from 10-15 i believe is recommended)
Anything over 30 spf is just false advertising & a waste of money. + The white cast starting from the elf is actually a good sign of better quality. I’m here for the dupe! 🙌🏻
Id definitely love another dupe for the IT Cosmetics CC Cream as the elf camo cc cream didn't wear well on me and broke me out plus i prefer a more glowy finish definitely hope elf comes out with more shades in theur Halo Glow Liquid filter also I definitely agree with the Elf Halp Glow setting powder it looks nice when you first apply it but definitely accentuates texture and doesn't wear well i definitely need another Setting powder that's glowy and works for dry acne prone skin girls

I have no problem with them as long as they're duping larger companies. As long as they leave the small, Indy Brands alone I'm fine. Being a babe on a budget, and being on and no buy since January 2022, it's nice to know if I decide to break it and Splurge, Elf is definitely where I'm going.

Love that mascara! I read the directions and it actually pushed my upper lid lashes up. I don’t use a curler anymore.

I like the laura Mercier glow powder as a highlighter for inner eyes or cheeks or across the collar bone but not as an actual setting powder.

You should do a high end makeup vs temu dupes. Temu has so many makeup dupes for many viral and trendy makeup.

I’m the CC cream e.l.f has a hydration vs of that is a more dewy look than the matte that you used. You should try that one. ❤
