SO MUCH GOOD OMG. The sunblock, the sticky primer, the halo glow(the lightest shade is a bit too dark for me though which sucks), the big mood mascara, their lip stains... its all just SOOO GOOD.
My daughter, who is 25, has loved Elf since she was in jr high. She used to watch Tati and told me about her. The only thing that she's changed up in her routine is her eyeshadow palettes, which I supply to her, and her foundation, which, I got her to try Purlisse Ageless Glow and she fell in love as well. You can afford an occasional splurge when the rest is inexpensive Elf and Ordinary skincare.

I use the Halo powder just on top of primer for a natural look. My skin doesn't always need foundation due to good skin care. I have the best skin I've ever had at 70.

For sure, being 48 where I started wearing a full face of makeup since the late 80's when I was 13 (the first time my mom told me I looked really pretty after a Mary Kay party), I've seen both makeup and skincare come miles. It's so wonderful now that products actually do what they say they do much more often.

OMG YES! Love that ELF setting spray! It's literally leas than half as much as UD and IMO smells better. I always have stuff in my cart with ELF, as I cannot be without my skinncare or wow brow, so once I need to stock up on one if those I grsbbsoemthing else I wanna try!

Eyebrows are just a bug-a-boo for so many of us. I found micro blading the way for me. I was having a major surgery done and knew I would feel so much better to have brows on. Nurses, women and men, commented on how good my brows looked. I also think we look younger with good brows. You look beautiful.

I love the green Elf grip primer. To me it's a perfect dupe for Milk's grip primer but so much cheaper. I too use it together with Elf's glow liquid filter. I think it's an amazing combo together :)
That end result was amazing! See, we absolutely cannot tell when we’re wearing high-end or budget makeup. Drugstore makeup has improved sooo much within the last 5 years, it’s insane how good it is. There really isn’t any reason to spend all our hard earned dollars on that expensive makeup, making people, and companies, even more rich than they already are! We need to save that money, and spend it on experiences, and trips to make memories. The makeup really does look just as good. I really liked your eyeshadow better after you added that pop of yellow! Such a great look

Elf’s lipstick shade Drive ended up being the absolute perfect pinkish nude for me and it took years for me to find a one product nude that evens out my natural lip color effortlessly. I used to have to use a lip liner and a brown lipstick/lip gloss of sorts. I’m just grateful that shade exists and it’s $9 AND it’s an amazing formula.

Especially because a lot of drugstore makeup is marketed to a younger/teen crowd (especially in tiktok advertising!!!) due to it being more affordable. I walked into Ulta and there was a big ol “O Face” kiosk and it was like great, thanks for that lol. There’s definitely 11-12 year olds going in and out of there for bath bombs and such.

Brow lamination is awesome if you want the look of fuller brows! And I think it will look great on you since your natural brows are not thick, so it will not make them too big after the lamination if you know what I mean 😅(wolverine look).
I pat in my power grip primer so I don't tug at my skin, cuz that stuff really is like super glue. Also, the cheekbones with just the concealer are giving me straight Maleficent vibes, I love it!

the stuff we use for brow laminations is essentially hair relaxer! So, it does dry your brow hairs out, but as long as you condition them daily (after the first 24 hours) you should do fine. :D
I got my brows microbladded and I have zero regrets! I’ve had them about 2 years now and they still look great! I get compliments on them all the time!

I love Tati, she’s the most down to earth honest Beauty Guru. She doesn’t sell us something all the time or try to get us to buy expensive products. An she’s always FILTER free, love it and her.
Love both of those primers, but it’s definitely something you don’t want to overwork into your skin. Swipe it on and go or it does feel uncomfortably sticky. Foundation stays all day and smooths over any weird dry texture I may have going on.
I use the halo glow liquid highlighter as actual highlighter after foundation since I’m an oily gal and it is the BEST for that. I know it will last forever too, but it’s dewy without being sticky or lifting foundation or having glitter. I can’t say enough good things about it and people have been asking what foundation I’m using because they think it’s the foundation making me dewy. 😂😂

I agree 1000% with the dirty names for lipstick and cheek colors. If someone asks you what color it is, you have to apologize before you tell them. He who shall not be named is the Queen of that. I do the Brow Lamination procedure every day on 7-9 clients, and I feel you could like it but let them know you want them more diagonal than straight up (you can style them after too, but it helps if they're laminated in that direction) Also, if you can ask for the Mayamy brand, it's the best for softer hairs like yours. Or just come to Macedonia and we'll gladly do it ☺️
Every time Tati tries on new make-up or skin care product. I rush to the store and when I am looking for a certain make-up product or skin care product she used or tried for the first time. I have take out my phone and go back to watch her videos while I’m in the make-up isle to look for a certain product she was using. Love you Tati. Because of your honest reviews. I wonder if they’ve reformulated it, because years ago their illuminating formula was terrible. Huge chunky gold sparkle and a whipped dry texture which was strange for an illuminating (not pore filling) primer

the stuff we use for brow laminations is essentially hair relaxer! So, it does dry your brow hairs out, but as long as you condition them daily (after the first 24 hours) you should do fine. :D
I got my brows microbladded and I have zero regrets! I’ve had them about 2 years now and they still look great! I get compliments on them all the time!

I like that the Elf Halo Glow setting powder is talc free. I think it’s similar to the Rare Beauty one, which is also talc free. I love them both.

Love both of those primers, but it’s definitely something you don’t want to overwork into your skin. Swipe it on and go or it does feel uncomfortably sticky. Foundation stays all day and smooths over any weird dry texture I may have going on.
I had micro blading done on my brows 2 years ago and it was the best decision of my life! I love it and would highly recommend looking into it.
I use the halo glow liquid highlighter as actual highlighter after foundation since I’m an oily gal and it is the BEST for that. I know it will last forever too, but it’s dewy without being sticky or lifting foundation or having glitter. I can’t say enough good things about it and people have been asking what foundation I’m using because they think it’s the foundation making me dewy. 😂😂
The power grip primer changed my life it's so good. I fell asleep with my makeup on and my contour was still in place.

I agree 1000% with the dirty names for lipstick and cheek colors. If someone asks you what color it is, you have to apologize before you tell them. He who shall not be named is the Queen of that. I use the elf brow lift every day along with essence make me brow. It makes them fuller and perfect!
I do the Brow Lamination procedure every day on 7-9 clients, and I feel you could like it but let them know you want them more diagonal than straight up (you can style them after too, but it helps if they're laminated in that direction)
Also, if you can ask for the Mayamy brand, it's the best for softer hairs like yours. Or just come to Macedonia and we'll gladly do it ☺️
Every time Tati tries on new make-up or skin care product. I rush to the store and when I am looking for a certain make-up product or skin care product she used or tried for the first time. Agreed about the unnecessary explicit names. I'm not a prude but teens buy this stuff and everything is already too sexualized. It's on purpose though, they are after our kids. Look at the current culture. These companies know what they are doing.

I love elf. They have stepped it up in the last few years. What I don’t get ,is why nobody is talking about the elf primer that’s illuminating. Omg !! Run and get it . I’m normal to dry and I have never used anything so perfect . My foundation looks amazing . Your makeup looks so good . I just love it .

I wonder if they’ve reformulated it, because years ago their illuminating formula was terrible. Huge chunky gold sparkle and a whipped dry texture which was strange for an illuminating (not pore filling) primer

Same! Ive had my brows laminated and i truly love it. Makes your brows look bushier but you can tame it as well and not make it like the super feather brows. It just makes them easy to manipulate and not need any brow gel
