I didnt find the elf laminating gel made eyebrows whiter and im dark. You dont need a gel on top of it, too much product the gel is strong enough. The only gel that flattens my brows and ive tried nyx brow glue and got2b wand-very watery.

As much as I love Elf the foundation is not great on my dry mature skin unfortunately and I skin prep like nobody’s business.
All the makeup I have is elf but most of the stuff you tried I don't have I have cancer and my skin has changed so I kinda scared to try new things
