Hi su...im doing abs,full body,thigh workout and also a zumba for 1 hour every day ..im keeping track of calorie(1200kcal aday) for 2 week and drinking enough water ..actually my body are getting in shape but why im not losing any single gram of weight...
Muscle weights more than fat. If you are gaining more muscle mass that is heavier for that reason you may dont see any change on your weight. Other posible reason: you have already a healthy weight and you are just tonning your muscles with the exercises?
